Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV with cable, sofa sleeper, and a sitting chairs. In unit washer/dryer and we supply laundry pods and fabric sheets. Brand new split AC unit in living room. Partial ocean view from the sofa and kitchen area.

This is the one of the ONLY units in Kihei Kai Nani with the split AC system & in unit washer/dryer.

Lanai: Seating for 4 people, coffee table, storage container with bench, and beach gear is located outside on the lanai for your enjoyment. Please rinse off the beach gear before returning it to the lanai. Admire sunsets, whales, sailboats, and the ocean from the lanai.

We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

KKN offers a guest pavilion near the BBQ area with wifi and a gated 30x60 pool with plenty of seating.

Cross the street and end up at Kamaole II Beach Park, a local and tourist favorite for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, whale watching, and lounging.
