We didn’t use the kitchen. The floor cloudHave been cleaner. I wish the listing stated that there was only air conditioning in the living room. The bedroom was very hot! The view of the homeless encampment from the deck was not good

Overall pretty good. The AC however is only in the living room and automatically shuts off every 6 hours making it impossible to get a full nights rest. There also isn’t a dishwasher and the washer/dryers you have to pay for.

Eine super Lage und ein nettes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Vor allem die Bodyboards und Strand-Stühle haben wir gerne genutzt.Den Pool haben wir auch gerne genutzt, es war nie voll dort. Es war möglich seine Wäsche gegen Gebühr zu waschen und zu trocknen, wobei eine Maschine in der Unterkunft perfekt gewesen wäre. Der Herd und Ofen sind leider etwas primitiv, aber wir hatten eigentlich alles, was wir brauchten.Das Schlafzimmer war leider etwas muffig (vermutlich durch den Teppich) und es war uns auch nachts zu warm. Die Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft beide Räume genug zu kühlen, sodass sie auch nachts laufen musste, was sehr laut war.Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und würden auch gerne wieder kommen. Ein später Checkout war sogar auch möglich, was uns durch den späten Rückflug sehr gelegen kam!

Vacation in Maui

Very nice stay. Very well equipped and furnished. Plenty of beach towels, mat, chairs. Also some snorkel equipment available. Very close to shopping center. Probably the best feature is really close to Kam 1-3 beaches, great for walking, snorkeling, swimming, etc.Only thing that can be improved is the AC situation. There’s only a window unit in the living room. Mini split would really improve the cooling in the condo.

Great Weekend in Kihei

Great location, easy free parking. Access to pool towels, chairs, etc. Only note, air conditioner automatically shuts off after 6hr timer, so it constantly had to be reset. Otherwise great stay.

Beautiful & very well maintained condo community just steps away from the beach. Well appointed with everything we could need; including snorkeling gear & boogie boards. Excellent location for walking & soaking up beach vibes. Also, great starting location for drives along the coast. Crystal clear community pool & adorable laundry facility on site.

Great location!

The condo was clean and conveniently located. We didn’t need to get in the car at all to access the beach, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Walking trails along the shoreline. The king size bed and pull out couch were both comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were helpful for beach days.

Très bien situé et confortable

L’emplacement est excellent. L’appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. Le matériel de plage est très apprécié mais doit être changé surtout le parasol qui n’est plus très fonctionnel. Étant une famille de 4 et nous y avons été pendant 5 nuits nous avons dû aller acheter du papier de toilette car il n’y en avait pas assez . Prévoir plus de rouleurs l’avenir.

Great Stay

There is not a lot to add that hasn't already been discussed in previous reviews. The location is great with everything you need in walking distance. Communication with the owner is fantastic, the property is clean and comfortable. The only negative is the location and efficiency of the AC, the bedroom gets very warm and the unit is too far to make much difference. This didn't detract too much from our stay because by the time we went to bed the temperature had started to drop.

Disappointed

Location was wonderful. Pictures of condo online very deceptive. Place was not clean and just about everything needs repair or replacement. We chose to just make the best of it as we are in beautiful Maui. Would not recommend this condo at all. Staff on location were lovely and helpful.

We'll definitely come back...

Cute, clean, spacious and well-equipped accommodation located on the 2nd floor (stairs). We'll find everything you need for perfect holidays in Maui. The beach is just few steps across the road. Shops and restaurants are very close. The pool is clean, big and quiet warm. My son definitely enjoy it . Parking is included. Communication is easy and Informations for check are precise. The AC is situated in the living room, the fresh air can have difficulty reaching the bedroom (we were there at the end of July). But fans are provided. I highly recommended this accomodation and come back for sure.
