Super kitchen, ranch style home, has been renovated and updated. Very large garage. On request this home can be rented for workspace meetings.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. House is nicely kept and well stocked. As advertised, this house is located on many acres and is very quiet/peaceful. We had only a couple glitches that were immediately remedied by hostess who was very accommodating.

Our host communicated very well. The location was very convenient for our family gatherings. We enjoyed the large yard as well as the spacious family room and dining room. The kitchen area was appreciated and worked great for serving our families. Everything was neat and clean upon arrival.

Three seniors were visiting the Greenville area.The space, Multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms was desirable. The price was reasonable.The host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful, quiet, rural setting. It's set back on a busy road but you could not hear the traffic. Perfect for birdwatchers! Close to airport, groceries, gas, Greenville & Greer activities. Simple, attractively appointed rooms, with plenty of lamps. We especially enjoyed the ' sunrise' room, for morning coffee and work/study. We only had two adults,yet this home would easily be comfortable for more adults to move around.

Great private house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is very roomy and open. The beds were comfortable. The TV in the master bedroom did not work and the host made sure that she came over and corrected it right away. We will definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed the privacy and the big yard

Awesome home away from home. This was my second time staying at this house. I will be back.Location is convenient to airport, downtown Greer, and pretty much everything. I love the privacy and beautiful views of the pasture.. very well stocked with just about everything you need. Beds are so comfy, you might be sleeping in even if you don’t normally do that! Julie is about the best host you’re gonna find.

Wow what a wonderful place to stay!! The property is incredible! So much property with Adirondack chairs strategically placed throughout the backyard so if you want shade, sun, views you pick which set you’d like to sit in. The house inside is cozy and feels like home. Julie is an amazing host she even offers the garage door opener so you never have to leave your car to to gain access to the house and more than enough room to park your car in the garage. We will definitely stay here again next time we are down to visit our Grandkids!!

Felt like home!

This was a perfect spacious home away from home for my trip to Greenville. I stayed five days. It is very nice and private.Each room is tastefully decorated and invites you to feel at home. My bed was so comfy, it was hard not to sleep in! The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, dishes, cookware, and most importantly, coffee. The host was awesome with her communication and making ease of access easy with detailed instructions. I definitely recommend discomfortable home!

Nice home, private. Misleading listing. Owner will stop by.

The home was nice, beds were comfy, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The front and back yards have plenty of space so it feels like you have sufficient privacy from neighbors. There was corn hole and the TV in logged into Netflix. It was a comfortable amount of space for all 6 guests, but the listing says “can sleep up to 9”. There was a small fold up bed in the garage, but no other sleeping arrangements from what I could see. If I was planning on having more than 6 people, I would’ve been very upset and felt mislead. I was also charged an “extra persons” fee but never had more than 6 people over, which one would assume is the minimum based on listing saying 6-9 people. There are 3 bathrooms, but one of them is a half bath. The living room could use another couch for the amount of guests the listing says it can host. When I first arrived, I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi and messaged the owner. She did not message back but instead showed up without notice. There was one night the smoke alarm started going off, assuming it was from the shower steam. I had trouble figuring out the code to turn the alarm off, so the owner called to check in which was nice. But they seemed hesitant to believe it was the shower and then came to the house again to look around outside without our knowledge around 10:30 at night. Some may be OK with this, others may find it intrusive.

Stayed 7 days. My third stay was as good as each time before, awesome! Just like coming home, such a comfy place. Julie is a responsive SUPER host. The beds, space and decor is so comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Beautiful natural back yard. I love the privacy, location and everything about this property.

This home is private and not easily approached yet incredibly convenient to all things you may want or need in the Eastside of Greenville County , in the city of Greer SC. It is quiet and very inviting for sitting outside in the early mornings and late evenings. It's a fun place to grill and play yard games! Also close to entertainment venues like large Bon Secours Stadium, soon to open the Greer Eastside Recreation Venue (4 miles away), the Greenville Peace Center, the Greenville Drive Stadium, BMW automotive plant- and so much more! We really have it all in Greenville County!
