Welcome to the Greer Mill House, this completely overhauled historic home finished its remodel July
2023. The space offers a well-designed open floor plan with a high end modern/ contemporary design
and an indoor/outdoor living area. The master suite includes a luxury bathroom with beautiful floor to
ceiling tile, an oversized two-person shower and smart mirror with a built in Bluetooth speaker.
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with eat-in style dinning so you can enjoy spending time with family in
friends in this open living space. The backyard is equally as enjoyable with its privacy fence, seating.

Walking distance to several local attractions and restaurants; Downtown Greer, Greer City Park,
Centry Park. Downtown Greer is rich in community, known for hosting weekly events; food truck
