Easy access to the beach and great condo complex amenities make relaxing easier than ever. With two bedrooms and two baths, the condo can entertain up to seven vacationers.

Mainsail 178 features an open floor plan that encompasses the living, kitchen, and dining areas. A floor-to-ceiling corner window dominates the living area, offering beach views and bringing in lots of natural sunlight. A sliding glass door leads to a breezy balcony furnished with a wicker table and chairs. You can spend hours here watching the waves, chatting with fellow vacationers, sipping a cocktail, and enjoying the coastal breezes. Back inside, the sunny living area has a large seating arrangement made up of a plush couch, matching loveseat, accent chair, and oversized armchair and ottoman. The setup surrounds a glass-topped table atop a patterned rug. It faces a flatscreen TV mounted on a barn door console. A mirrored wall accentuates the spaciousness of the living room. Tile floors flow into the dining area, where you will find a glass-topped table surrounded by six chairs. Additional stool seating at the kitchen bar is perfect for casual dining or serving tasty appetizers. The large kitchen boasts light wood cabinetry, a diamond-tile backsplash, granite countertops, and white appliances.

The sunlit primary bedroom radiates laidback, coastal vibes. It has a textured, seafoam-colored accent wall and cottage-style furnishings. It features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and balcony access. The room also has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The colorful guest bedroom includes a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, a sunny window, sandy-colored walls, and a TV. It has access to a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

A stay at the Mainsail not only guarantees top-notch living and sleeping accommodations, but access to first-rate amenities as well. The complex’s main pool area features a refreshing swimming pool, bubbling hot tub, and shallow kiddie pool surrounded by a huge sundeck. Lounge chairs and palm trees add to the easygoing feel. BBQ grills are provided for grilling up poolside meals. Another pool is located on the north end of the property. Other amenities include tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard, an arcade room, and an exercise center.

And let’s not forget that the glittering beach is right at your doorstep. A walkway leads directly from the complex to the smooth white sand. You know it’s going to be a good vacation when it takes you less than a minute to walk to the beach from your rental! Other nearby conveniences include restaurants, grocery stores, and retail/entertainment hubs like the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.
