This home has 2 parking spaces in the garage and free spaces for parking outside.All you need in one place. 3BR, 2.5 baths,

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Small Pets are allowed but an extra $50 x small pet and $100 per each big pet and per night will be charged.
No Party is allowed and it will be a $50 fee for a late check out. (later than 11 am)
We have hot water in the pool and Spa whit an additional cost of $75 for the pool and $30 for the Spa for day ,you just have to notify me 24 hours in advance .

Rule for Host cancel a reservation:
If the host ask the guests any question and the guests take more than 24h to respond, the host may decide to cancel the reservation for lack of communication

The BBQ should have a propane tank with gas on it, if for any reason it runs out of gas, you can go to any close gas station and buy a new one and you can send me a copy of your receipt and I will refund it to you through Airbnb.

There are cameras outside all around the property to protect the house from any problem during your stay and during the vacancy. There is no camera inside the property. All the cameras are outsite in public areas.House Manual
Please No parties or events are allowed in the house. Any party with loud music is NOT allowed either. we have hot water in the pool and spa with an additional cost of $75 for the pool and $30 for the spa per day, you just have to let me know 24 hours in advance thank you very much.
More than 6 people will be charged $35 per night per person and no more than 8 people are allowed to be at the house neither in day nor nighttime. If you planning to bring more than 8 people to visit you, you need to book another house.
Please let me know if you bring a pet in advance. Pets are welcome, but it will be a $100 Fee in case you have one or two pets. It will be a one-time fee only. If you bring a 3rd pet It will be an extra $50. Four Pets are not allowed on the property. Any damage that pets can do to the house will be paid separately depending on the damage.
Inside the house is NOT Allowed to smoke however you can Smoke outside the property in the backyard.
Guests can listen to low music during the daytime at the pool, use the BBQ, but without bothering the Neighbors.
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Please understand that if you have a late check out you may delay the cleaning process and another guest like you is expecting to check in on time. It will be a late check-out fee starting at $50 per hour for the late check-out fee. If for any reason the incoming guest cannot check in on time for the late checkout, the person .with the late checkout will cover any cost that it can cause.
