Bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Extra blankets and pillows are stored in the master closet.

• Pool cleaning takes place every Wednesday. The pool technician will access the backyard only.
• Trash pickup is every Tuesday. Please place bins at the curb the night before and return them after collection.
• Please use the swimming pool responsibly and at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No smoking, no marijuana, and no illegal drugs are allowed inside the house.
• In accordance with City of Las Vegas regulations, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful neighborhood environment.

This place was great and they made it very easy. We had no issues and they were very responsive to my random questions. The home was clean and it was very easy to get in and out of. The hosts were exceptional and the home was well stocked. Would definitely recomend for small families. Our two kids enjoyed the pool even with not great weather.

Great stay at a wonderful property. The host Lei was so quick to respond. The pool was soooo nice. Backyard was perfect with shade and sun. Kitchen well stocked. Beds super comfty. Towels soft and fresh. They even left us a little treats. Thank you. Will definitely book again

Property was exactly as pictured! Host was easy to communicate with and was nice enough to leave some drinks and candy as welcome presents. The pool was nice and clean, beds comfortable, all amenities in order. Good location for a quiet base within convenient distance from all the attractions of Las Vegas.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool was fantastic. The kitchen was especially well stocked with quality supplies, including a full spice rack, which made it easy to feel at home and cook during our stay.The host was wonderful and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. They were also so accommodating in providing a crib for our little one and allowing us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier.The location was excellent — close to great restaurants, shopping, parks, golf courses, and running trails, while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed having everything we needed nearby without sacrificing the peacefulness of the home.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this location. The host was very responsive and welcoming. They provided certain incidentials that just made you feel like you were home. The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely want to stay here again if we come back to Vegas.

Wonderful StayWe had a wonderful experience staying at this vacation home in Vegas! The house looked exactly as described and was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, especially for cooking, including spices, a coffee machine, and a kettle.The host was absolutely amazing—very helpful, responsive, and great with communication. Since it was extremely hot in Vegas during our stay, he was kind enough to let us check in early, which we really appreciated.He also went above and beyond by preparing water, soda, and a bag of ice for us in the fridge when we arrived. Those little touches really made us feel welcomed and taken care of.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vegas. We would happily stay here again!

The house itself was clean and Lei was great at communicating and had pleasant surprises (snacks and drinks in the fridge) for us when we checked in. Great place to stay if you're in Vegas!

Utilized this home as a base for our family of four while we were visiting my parents and sister for the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms were private, the kitchen was spacious, the shower space was wonderful.We did not utilize the pool because it was November, and cold outside, but it looked like a wonderful amenity during warmer months. Our host had the home well prepared for us and we had excellent communication with her during our stay. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

Almost like home

Very roomy, comfortable and just right for day to day living. We didn't feel like it was stuffy that you couldn't just enjoy. Little bummed with no heated pool but the weather was perfect so cooler pool worked out.

🏡 House Rules
This is your home away from home in Las Vegas — but not a party, event, or 420-friendly house. Please treat it with care and respect.

• No parties, events, or smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside only.
• No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily.
• AC settings: Do not set below 70°F in summer or above 78°F in winter. Incorrect use may damage the system and result in repair charges.
• Trash: Please place tied trash bags in the bin on the side of the house.
• Parking: Use the garage or driveway only. Return the garage remote to its place by the TV at checkout. Be mindful of neighbors’ spaces.
• Linens & Towels: Leave used towels in the bathtub; the housekeeper will handle bedding and linens.
• Pool: Enjoy at your own risk. Always supervise children and use caution around the pool area.
