The pool cleaning is every Thursday and the pool guy will work in the backyard only.

* No event/party/smoking allowed. Please smoke outside the house.
* No unregistered guests stay.
* Quiet hours 10PM-7AM daily.
* AC temperature no lower than 70F in summertime and no higher than 78F in wintertime. The compressor might break down with repairs fee charge.
* Please throw trash bags into the trash bin on the side of the house.
* Park inside the garage or on the driveway. Put garage remote next to TV after check out. Respect the neighbors space.
* Throw the used towel in the bathtub and the housekeeper will take care the bedding linen.
* Enjoy the Pool area and on your own risk. Please take care your little ones all the time
