This bright and open retreat features a soaring living room, private pool, and three queen bedrooms for a restful stay. Relax in the sunny backyard or explore nearby golf courses, restaurants, and shops—just 15–20 minutes from the Strip and 10 minutes to Red Rock Casino and Downtown Summerlin. Bedrooms:
• 🛏 Three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, each with a Queen bed and blackout curtains.
• The master bedroom includes a 55” Roku Smart TV and private full bathroom.
• The second and third bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom.
• A convenient half bath is located downstairs.

Bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Extra blankets and pillows are stored in the master closet.

✨ Other Things to Note

• Pool cleaning takes place every Thursday. The pool technician will access the backyard only.
• Trash pickup is every Tuesday. Please place bins at the curb the night before and return them after collection.
• Please use the swimming pool responsibly and at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No smoking, no marijuana, and no illegal drugs are allowed inside the house.
• In accordance with City of Las Vegas regulations, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful neighborhood environment.

Property was exactly as pictured! Host was easy to communicate with and was nice enough to leave some drinks and candy as welcome presents. The pool was nice and clean, beds comfortable, all amenities in order. Good location for a quiet base within convenient distance from all the attractions of Las Vegas.

Immaculate home close to so many attractions but nicely nestled in a quiet neighborhood which was also very close to grocery and local shopping. Host was so helpful and responsive with any questions or assistance needed! 10/10 already looking forward to booking again!

We had an incredible stay at this location. The host was very responsive and welcoming. They provided certain incidentials that just made you feel like you were home. The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely want to stay here again if we come back to Vegas.

Great location for Red Rock and 3 major Casinos, Suncoast, Rampart and Red Rock.

Utilized this home as a base for our family of four while we were visiting my parents and sister for the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms were private, the kitchen was spacious, the shower space was wonderful.We did not utilize the pool because it was November, and cold outside, but it looked like a wonderful amenity during warmer months. Our host had the home well prepared for us and we had excellent communication with her during our stay. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

Almost like home

Very roomy, comfortable and just right for day to day living. We didn't feel like it was stuffy that you couldn't just enjoy. Little bummed with no heated pool but the weather was perfect so cooler pool worked out.

"Hip Hip Hooray, We Enjoyed Our Stay"!

Outstanding! The home was very clean, well stocked with clean linens, essentials and ALL the seasonings a cook desires and needs. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and 20 min. from the Las Vegas strip. Definitely recommend this vacation home. My only concern were the dogs next door.

Fantastic experience. Home was incredibly clean and well furnished. Host was excellent at communicating and checking in. My daughter left a favorite necklace that they found and mailed back to us. Beds were clean and comfy. Plenty of parking in garage and driveway. Lots of dining options nearby. Close to Freeways and 15 mins or so from strip. Highly recommend!

Very nice remodeled home , appliances are new, furniture modern and clean. Host provided coffee maker with lots of coffee pods available. Fridge has bottled water available. Very nice touches and a pleasant stay. TV and Wi Fi worked great. Thank You !!!

🏡 House Rules
This is your home away from home in Las Vegas — but not a party, event, or 420-friendly house. Please treat it with care and respect.

• No parties, events, or smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside only.
• No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily.
• AC settings: Do not set below 70°F in summer or above 78°F in winter. Incorrect use may damage the system and result in repair charges.
• Trash: Please place tied trash bags in the bin on the side of the house.
• Parking: Use the garage or driveway only. Return the garage remote to its place by the TV at checkout. Be mindful of neighbors’ spaces.
• Linens & Towels: Leave used towels in the bathtub; the housekeeper will handle bedding and linens.
• Pool: Enjoy at your own risk. Always supervise children and use caution around the pool area.
