This level of the home also includes a bonus, queen sleeping nook across from the first-story full bath next to the primary suite.

An aesthetic spiral staircase leads guests to an inviting second story offering an expansive open floor plan for an open combined living, dining, and kitchen. The living area features a large sectional, a large mounted flat screen TV with Sonos soundbar, and a fireplace. Stunning gulf views are enjoyed from the living area.
