Forest Room (Primary Suite)
A calm, retreat-style suite inspired by Colorado’s evergreen forests. Plush king bed, soft natural tones, and a peaceful atmosphere. Private attached bathroom and Smart TV.

Red Rocks Room
Inspired by the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, this queen bedroom combines warm earthy tones with a cozy, grounded feel. Perfect for unwinding after concerts, hiking, or city adventures.

Hiking Room
A serene queen bedroom inspired by Colorado trails and outdoor adventure. Light, airy, and simple for restful sleep.

Ski Room + Game Area
Two queen beds in a lively alpine-inspired space with rustic Colorado touches. Connects to the game area with arcade games and foosball. One of the favorite spaces for both kids and adults!

LIVING ROOM
A cozy, spacious gathering space with a comfy sectional and Smart TV. Includes fun board games for family game nights or low-key evenings in.

Excessive noise may result in fines or removal

SECURITY
There is a Ring camera located at the front door for guest safety/security.

HOT TUB USE
Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.
No lifeguard on duty.

Please follow all posted guidelines and supervise children at all times.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and local regulations.

Parties or events are not permitted. Any gathering that violates these rules may be shut down and could result in immediate cancellation and additional action.

If you’re unsure whether your group fits within these guidelines, please reach out - we are always happy to clarify.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Violations will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.

Smoking is permitted outdoors on the back patio only. Please dispose of all smoking materials properly before checkout.

DOGS
We love that you travel with your dogs - they’re family! Please be sure to register all dogs and pay the pet fee at the time of booking so we can prepare the home accordingly. Unregistered pets may result in an automatic $250 fee per animal.
Please make sure to clean up after your dogs during your stay.

SECURITY
For safety and security, please note that the Ring doorbell camera located on the exterior of the home remains active at all times.

CHECKOUT
Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Before you leave, we kindly ask that you:

• Tidy up
• Set AC to 72° in summer or heat to 67° in winter
• Load and start the dishwasher with used dishes
• Place used towels in the laundry room
• Dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins
• Return throw blankets, remotes, and games to their original places
• Turn off all lights
• Please close and lock all windows and doors
