Studio includes a private yard, an on site laundry, an upgraded shower, and recessed lighting, mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, plates, bowls and utensils for your convenience! This unit is conveniently located in a very central spot, it's minutes away from all the best brunches nearby, supermarkets, golf courses, parks, bars, USC, ELAC, Los Angeles, Pasadena, and more!

Two units on one property with shared driveway only.
This property is a duplex home. It is an attached separate unit (ADU) does not have access to the main house and does not share any amenities with it. Please refer to the photos for parking instructions.

Nice stay. Parking and bugs.

Nice little place to stay. Has it’s own little yard in a nice neighborhood. My first night there was good no issues checking in or parking. The second night I got home pretty late (1-2 am) from the event I was at and the parking spot in the driveway was taken by one of the guest in the main house. I had to go out and park somewhere on the street. When I got inside the place the second night there were two giant roaches running around.
