Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment, featuring free washer and dryer, suitable for families, business travelers, or long-term stays.

The unit offers approximately 800 sq ft of living space, including two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bathroom with a private shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room.

• Private entrance
• One compact on-site parking space is provided (small vehicles only); SUVs or pickup trucks should use free street parking outside the property (except during street-cleaning hours—please follow posted signs)
• Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, washer, dryer, and other essential amenities
• A portable heater is also available in the unit for use as needed

This apartment is a first-floor unit in a duplex, with another residence upstairs. Due to the building structure, some normal household noise may occasionally be heard, and sound insulation is limited. Guests who are sensitive to noise may wish to consider this before booking.

• 5-minute drive to Santa Anita Mall and the LA Arboretum

Very convenient stay!

Really nice place to set up as home base when visiting the city! Plenty of amenities and walking distance to stores.

Very safe neighborhood. All you need for a home base. Was comfortable the entire time. Excellent location, close to everything in Pasadena, Arcadia, and San Gabriel.

Host was fast and responsive! Not the cleanest place in the world, with some ants in the bathroom but was a good home base to go to a concert at the Rose Bowl.

This home was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was present in both bedrooms s well as the living room. Plenty of space for me to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Within walking distance of some excellent dining. Wi-Fi had some issues on a couple of days but the host was very responsive and fixed it within a few hours each time. Kitchen had convenient appliances and items for cooking but lacked salt, pepper, etc.All in all a wonderful stay. Would happily stay there again.

Very clean. Roomy but parking was very tight and there was very limited kitchen “stuff”. No can opener, no S&P, no paper towels etc.

This stay was okay. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do in this area. The host was good and responsive. The host provided code and information prior to our arrival which was very helpful. They also ensured we were able to access the home. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the poor internet service, there was an upstairs apartment and the people were very noise and we could here everything outside. It would be good to have the same bed type in both rooms so that family members to not feel slighted. The bedding had stains on them. The kitchen frying pans need to be updated as the Teflon was all scratched and not safe to cook on. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to run the heating units in the bedrooms. It was cold due to the rain and we could not figure out how to turn on the heat to heat up the rooms. So thankful for the extra blankets in the rooms. The room had a broken massage chair and needed to be setup a little differently, possible different furniture to help make the home cozy. All in all, we had a good visit to this area.
