Unit 14 is on the second floor (stairs required) and features a lovely screened front lanai with partial water views and the occasional boat passing by. Inside you’ll find a pull-out sofa, WiFi, 2 Roku TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a tub for the kiddos.

Enjoy access to the heated pool plus a beach gear storage room stocked with chairs, toys, shades, and an umbrella. You’ll have the entire condo to yourself, along with one dedicated parking space.

We’re local and just down the street (within 3 miles) if you need anything. Our storefront is at 119 Bridge Street—stop by and say hello!

This quiet, 16-unit complex offers the perfect balance: peaceful surroundings just steps from the dining, shops, and fun of Bridge Street. Once you arrive, you can walk almost everywhere or hop on the free island trolley to explore all of Anna Maria.

Statement on Sound: Sound that is audible beyond the property lines of the vacation rental unit is regulated by the City’s Noise Ordinance and violation of the Noise Ordinance could result in fines to the occupants.

Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
