Came for the the R&B festival, wonderful place, close to everything, nice new build, great neighborhood, we will be back!!!

We enjoyed the house, nicely located on a path into town and well stocked even with fun puzzles.

Great stay in Winthrop!

This house was perfect for our visit to North Cascades National Park. The neighborhood was so well kept and near the walking path into town. The area was quiet and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!

Nice new home in Winthrop

Nice new build- had everything we needed. Easy walk into town w/ the walking trails right outside the door.

Good times in Winthrop

We came to Winthrop in July 2024 for the Rhythm and Blues Festival and had a great time! This property was very clean and new. It was very warm during our stay so it was nice to have air-conditioning in every room. The outdoor patio was great for relaxing and it was very peaceful. Our stay was enjoyed by all. Thankyou!

Great location to experience Winthrop by foot

Right off the main trail to access downtown and East Winthrop, this house is in a great location. In one direction we enjoyed morning walks into town for coffee. In the other direction is a movie theater and great pizza. The house itself is a lovely place to take a break from the sun - spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. The carport was awesome. It kept our vehicle cool and we really enjoyed loading/unloading out of the weather. The deck always had a nice breeze and it was perfectly oriented to see the last light of the day paint the mountains in the distance.

Nice House, Hadn't been cleaned when we arrived.

This is a fairly new house with some strange arrangements. Nice big bedrooms, one with a complete bath. There was a half-bath with only a toilet and a sink near the entry way and a shower in the laundry room. There was no access to anything on the TV except for the LG channels and they were riddled with commercial breaks, albeit with no commercials. The house hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and we were too late (after 4:00pm) to call the regular number. The manager did get the house cleaners over pretty quickly, but communication with him wasn't very professional. Because of this problem, the owner refunded our cleaning fee and did so quickly. The house was livable, the kitchen complete. The main two problems were that it hadn't been cleaned and the TV was pretty useless.
