Ocean view and sounds of waves

Renovated home is less than 10 minute walk to beach and two blocks to the Monarch Butterfly Grove. From the front deck you have a modest view of the ocean and often clearly hear the waves crashing on the beach...so soothing.

All modern appliances.
The space
Close to beach, plenty of parking. Front porch lovely for morning coffee with a glimpse of the ocean. Porch has table seating for 4 and a bench. Propane BBQ.

Two bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed and the other with a full sized bed.
The open Floorplan allows conversation and fun to flow from the comfy couch and reclining love seat in the living room to the dining table and kitchen.
Laminate floors and ceiling fans throughout. Granite kitchen counters.
The bathroom includes a tub and shower.
There is a smart TV with in the living room, and DVD player. There are also smart TVs in each bedroom.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire house, front deck and washer/dryer.

We Came, Stayed & Will Return!

We came to this beautiful house for a wonderful quiet stay! It was central to everything we wanted to go see and do. This is the first place that we have been to that has us wanting to return to in the future.

Awesome beach bungalow

Loved this property! It had everything we needed and more. Great location, safe neighborhood, within walking distance yto Grover Beach and Monarch Butterfly Grove. Responsive host made our stay smooth.

Long, relaxing weekend

Amazing, cute house perfect for 2 adults. Will definitely come back and stay. So close to everything and nice walk to the beach. Communication with Eric was wonderful.

Great place !

Very clean and comfortable littke home. TV’s in each bedroom, a well stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. A deck to enjoy the ocean breeze with a short walk to the beach. Definitely will return!

Sweet little house

My daughter and I had a lovely stay in Grover Beach. The location was great, Grover Beach is such a nice little quiet beach town. The house was clean and quiet. The beach was not crowded, the town was similarly quite and slow. It was a great place to get away from life's usual bustle.

Pismo getaway

This was our first family vacay since my treatment for breast cancer. My kids 19 and 11 completely enjoyed themselves... they played games that the house provided, we watched movies, and took walks to the beach.... it was very relaxing! It was like a 10 min drive to pismo pier. I woule definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely beautiful and so close to the beach! Stacey and Eric were really nice, responsive and helpful with all my questions. I would highly recommend 10/10! We plan on coming back and will stay here again ☺️

Peaceful

It was wonderful. Stacy stayed in constant contact making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Definitely enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and our walks to the beach. Can’t wait to go back and book our stay again. Thank you.

Getaway Weekend

Great location; we walked to the monarch butterfly grove and beach every day. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, everything we needed. Very clean; comfortable beds and down comforter. Eric and Stacy were extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to come back. Thank you so much!

Very clean. Good-sized kitchen with helpful assortment of dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. We appreciate having a TV in each bedroom and in the living room, and having instant access to all channels & streaming options without the need for making new accounts or signing in. (TV that just works!). Great location. Responsive owners. Quiet neighborhood. Good parking. Checks all boxes.
