This oasis of tranquility includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious beautiful dining area and comfortable seating that includes a cozy recliner. The dining area also offers a unique colored lighting feature for you to design your desired ambiance. The bedroom is airy and offers a very comfortable queen bed and it's own private bathroom sink and spacious closet. It also has beautiful, white plantation shutters with access to the balcony for a refreshing and romantic setting.

During your visit in New Smyrna Beach you can choose to prepare a home-cooked meal or indulge in many of our amazing restaurants. These include the fancy treehouse, Norwood's or Limoncello, Flagler Tavern, JB' Fish camp and the famous The Garlic as featured on the Food Network. If you prefer to enjoy your family favorites without having to go out for dinner, a fully equipped kitchen for making your home-cooked dinner is ready for you. You will find a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, toaster, crock pot, an abundance of pots and pans, casserole dishes, colander, various cooking utensils, wine glasses and corkscrew. It offers your choice of Keurig or traditional coffee maker. The counter space has an open concept to allow you to view the TV in the living area and interact with your guests while preparing food and drinks. If you prefer to grill, there is a gas BBQ grill out by the pool with a beautiful ocean view. The living room provides two ample sofas with one of them being a comfortable queen size sofa bed.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable TV, streaming service apps, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, some table games and one assigned parking spot. The beach chairs are to be utilized at your own risk.

Basic Toiletries: To ensure that your stay is as relaxing as possible, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, coffee and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, but additional supplies are recommended to ensure you are set for the rest of your stay.

New Smyrna Beach: The star attraction in New Smyrna Beach is its 17-mile stretch of white sandy beaches. Our beach is well known to surfers, offering some of the finest wave action on the east coast with wave breaks that are plentiful for expert and amateur surfers alike.

Downtown New Smyrna Beach: Our pedestrian-friendly, tree-lined streets offer a vibrant blend of parks and historic buildings, specialty shops, fine dining, art galleries, cultural attractions and the New Smyrna Beach Museum of History. Parking is free and we can accommodate over 350 vehicles, enabling you to take a stroll around downtown stretch your legs while exploring ” The Loop”, find a unique gift, explore our stores, savor a meal, or enjoy one of our many monthly & annual events.

Please Note: The community will be undergoing scheduled maintenance in the coming weeks:

- Painting Project: Starting May 5, 2025, exterior painting will begin on stacks 1–7. Balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to enter the unit to complete this work. You may also notice painters and equipment around the property during this time.
- Pool Closure: The community pool will be closed from May 12–17, 2025 for maintenance and will not be accessible during this period.
