Great place!

We loved the location, layout of the house, ease of check-in/check-out. The property manager was attentive and responded quickly to every question we had and even provided some restaurant recommendations prior to our arrival to help us plan. Steps from the beach, and then outdoor shower and hoses to rinse sand off was excellent. Patios to watch sunrise and sunset were great, too.

Best location in Pensacola Beach

Beautiful house for a big family to gather together.Lovely gulf views from the top floor. plenty of rooms 2 living room where teenagers and adults can have their own space. Walking distance to pier and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay!! Our only problem was the beach we couldn't enjoyed due to too many jellyfish it was so itchy.

Jayray

Having 3 family groups gathering at this perfect beach location was wonderful. The house offered easy access to the beach and lots of space for gatherings and individual spaces. The deck chairs on the second floor was great for reading and enjoying the views. The dining space was great for our large group. Having a bathroom for each bedroom or close accessibility was great.

Perfect Beach House!

This house was perfect for our large family. You can't beat being right on the beach! Everyone had plenty of room. Each morning several dolphins were out, the water was crystal clear. Everyone agreed this needs to be the house we rent out each week! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!!!

PLEASE RECYCLE

NEAT PROPERTY RIGHT ON THE BEACH. GOOD RESPONSE TO CALLS FOR HELP. CAN'T BELEIVE NO EFFORT AT RECYCLING, BUT I GUESS THIS IS THE COMMUNITY AS MUCH AS THE MANAGER.

The location was great, and the booking process was easy. The agent was forthcoming about beach dredging (which was sprung on them and they had no control), which prohibited us from accessing the beach. Offered other options and a full refund if we so chose. We could not, as travel was already in motion. The house could have been great in its day. It is lacking in attention and repair. The TV's did not work, the cabinet doors were hanging off hinges in the kitchen, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, awful smell on the bottom floor, which prevented us from using it. BBQ pit was out of propane (which they brought pretty quickly). The showers were not cleaned, and the master bedroom closet was full of furnishings, so it was unusable. The sofa was on its last leg, and the kitchen table chairs were of very poor quality. I would expect a higher-quality house for that price.

Thank you so much for your honest review! The dredging was only for a few weeks and has since been completed. Unfortunately, it was the guests week :( we have also worked on the downstairs room! A new stove has been installed, and we have cleared up the issues mentioned. Thank you!!
