この新しく建設されたサウンドフロントプロパティは2014年5月に完成し、湾のビーチまで徒歩5分です。

湾、ショッピング、レストラン、バーから徒歩圏内のVia DeLunaにあります。 家の1ブロック先に小さな公園があり、遊具とバスケットボールコートがあります。

このプロパティには、すべての人にとって何かがあります。 この家の特徴は3300平方フィートのリビングエリアで、6つのベッドルームがあり、各ベッドルームにはプライベートバスと追加のハーフバスがあります。

メインフロアには、大きなリビングルームと、製氷機を備えた設備の整ったキッチンがあります。 リビングルームと2つのベッドルームは、音に面した大きな高台に面しています。

上階には、ウェットバーと冷蔵庫のあるラウンジがあります。 ラウンジと2つのベッドルームは、サウンドに面したサンデッキに面しています。

The house, pool, and location was amazing and well kept! The owner was very responsive and timely in answering any questions we had. The house amenities such as towels, furnishings, kitchenware, etc was exactly what was needed to have a wonderful vacation with friends! Kudos to all! We highly recommend this property and would stay there again!

Great house for our group of 13. The location on the bay was fabulous, and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well equipped. We spent lots of time in the amazing pool area as well. The only issue we had was that one of the bedroom doors that opened up to the balcony was completely taped off and unusable. That would have been nice to know beforehand. All in all, we enjoyed our trip and would return to this property.

The property was all in all excellent, but the was some light bulbs out ,and the base boards in the bed rooms and bath rooms were dusty,and needed to be wiped down, the ice maker in the kitchen was a plus,we had a few issues with the tv remotes, but the staff came right down to fix them, the pool was heated,and that was a very good plus, the only thing we would have like to have was an elevator, there were a lot of steps to care up out belongings., this was our second year renting the same place, and we are planning on renting it again next yrer

The eight televisions in the home are sized and selected based on our personal preferences and the overall setup of the house. In our 12 years of renting the property, we have not previously received any concerns regarding the TV sizes. Regarding tissues and other disposable supplies, we provide a starter set for guests’ convenience upon arrival. Once those initial supplies have been used, guests should purchase additional items based on their individual needs and preferences. We provide a full supply of towels for our guests’ use. For longer stays, guests are welcome to use the home’s laundry facilities to wash and dry towels as needed for continued use during their stay. Thank you again for your comments. We value guest feedback and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these details.

Loved the house and location. Our favorite thing about the house was that each room had its own bathroom. It was perfect being on the sound side as we were able to get in when we couldn’t go to the beach because of the sea life. We swam in the pool a lot! More than we ever have being on a vacation and that was due to the jellyfish, sea lice at the beach. It was beautiful and perfect! It was our favorite beach house we have rented over the years!

The pool was wonderfully heated and the kids stayed in it all day. All of the rooms were nice and the location was great. Would book again for a large group of people staying together. Also right on the water - tons of wildlife to watch - we saw dolphins every day.

The house was great, the best feature was a bathroom in each room!! The heated pool was also a great plus for our stay since we had some cooler days! There is a large built in ice maker which was so helpful we did not have to buy ice daily like we usually do at the beach. The beach area next to the dock is great for kids!

Checking in and checking out was a breeze! The property is very spacious and clean. Best bay views and the sunsets are beautiful. Being able to walk right out and swim in the pool or the ocean is amazing! We seen dolphins everyday we were there from the house. Would definitely stay here again! Our family loved the house! First, we are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. Typically, if there is a discharge, the prevailing winds will carry it either toward the sound or out toward the Gulf. Although we are located close to the treatment facility—approximately 300 feet away—issues with the facility are very uncommon. We have owned the house for 12 years, and while we do not live there full-time, I have personally experienced an odor only twice. In both instances, it was brief and quickly dissipated.

Spacious, clean, and perfectly located! This home was ideal for our stay. One of my favorite moments was enjoying an early morning cup of coffee while watching dolphins swim through the sound. The house comfortably accommodated our large family, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large family looking to vacation in the Pensacola Beach area.

The pictures don't do this place justice! It was better than expected and well worth it. The location was perfect and the pool, dock and quiet beach area made our trip! We love the beach side, but the water was pretty rough most of our trip, so it was nice to have our own private area on the calm sound side. We had 2 families, totaling 11 of us, and the house never felt cramped or noisy. We travel down there about once a year and have never rented the same place twice, always wanting to try something new, but this is definitely a place I'll book again, without hesitation!
