This is our 4th year staying at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. We rent 3 villas for our family of 18 and it never disappoints. This was our second year in the same property and everything was perfect from closeness to the main pool to being close to our family.

Wonderful Holiday Getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Legacy Villas. The condo was perfectly stocked, clean, quiet and comfortable. Skip was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Family getaway

We've stayed in this property before and we came back again! It's in a great location near the pool that's best for kids. Each time we've stayed it's been very easy with no issues. We'll probably be back again and again!

Great Villa!!

Had another great stay at Legacy Villas! The villa had everything we needed including ample space for our group of six adults. Check in was flawless and Skip was responsive and always kind. We'll be back.

The host was fine and very responsive to any concerns. Location was great! Beds were great!The two master bedrooms worked well along with the 3rd bedroom for the young grandkids. On the downside, the place is getting dated and could use some upgrading to the carpeting,the kitchen tile as well as cooking equipment. Overall a good experience

The Perfect Place in La Quinta

Outside our door you can hear the fountains and see the pool. This is a very relaxing condo with everything you could need. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our group. We slept better here than we do at home! We will definitely be back!

Family Wedding

We utilized the property to help accommodate guests for a family wedding—and it was a great choice. Clean, comfortable and roomy. It was located adjacent to the main pool which was a real plus for us. Skip was very prompt and thorough in his responses whenever we had questions. Great stay!

Fantastic Weekend in the Desert

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this corner unit of the Legacy Villas! The unit is very spacious and right in front of the pool! Despite it's proximity to the pool, it was quiet inside the unit. It was clean and well appointed. The property manager, Skip, was wonderful to communicate with and was very quick to respond to my questions. I would stay here again!

Needs cosmetic and mechanical attention! A/C and hot water tank issues. Burned our lights and some mold in showers. Closet in master suite full of toys and car seat lacking room for personal contents. Main back porch was dirty!!!

Thank you, Patrick. We appreciate feedback and take guest comments seriously. There are a few items from the review we’d like to clarify. First, there are no hot water or A/C issues in the unit. The guests mentioned the water temperature wasn’t to their liking, and we advised them on how to adjust the heaters to their preferred setting. Once they did, the issue was resolved. Regarding the A/C, the ground-floor villas in Legacy tend to have slightly more noticeable airflow sound because the fans are positioned close to the vents. Since there is another unit above, there isn’t attic space to relocate them. Most guests aren’t bothered by this, but we understand how it could be more noticeable for those with sensitive hearing. The burned-out lights referenced were simply bulbs that needed replacing, and our team addressed that right away. We do wish that follow-up had been reflected in the review. As for the mold, it was underneath the silicone sealant — something that can occur over time as moisture seeps in. We’ve since replaced the silicone after the guests’ departure. This is the first we’ve heard of any concern with the main porch. It’s possible that desert winds blew some dust onto the patio furniture between our final prep and the guests’ arrival, as high winds and dust are common here. We are long-time Vrbo hosts and take cleanliness and guest experience seriously. We’re committed to addressing concerns promptly and ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay.

Palm Springs Wedding Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Legacy Villas very much. We were there for a wedding in late Oct. The proximity to all of our events was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The patio on the back side was a lovely place to sit and start the day with a coffee and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Everything was as advertised and we really enjoyed being so close to the main pool! Lovely neighborhood to walk around in as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property! Best girl’s weekend location

Spent 6 nights here with my daughter and bff. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a real treat. The property was just as described. Clean, comfortable aNd right next to the pool. The outside area is a great place for morning coffee or relax and get out of the sun. I will definitely be back.
