Great location

The location is great. The apt was roomy. The apt has a complete kitchen though it is not apparent from the listing or photos.

Disappointing

Excellent location but apartment was not clean, floors were dirty, bathtub was dirty, no coffee maker or basic things at every VRBO I've stayed in, such as salt, pepper, sugar. My 22 month old granddaughter found a piece of glass on the bathroom floor, and I later found another piece near the front door, which I left on the desk. Would not recommend staying here.

I killed the mold growing on the shower curtain. You’re welcome. Too many couches and desks for the space resulting in limited movement from one room to another. No hand towels for kitchen or bathroom. The washcloths and bath towels were clean and fluffy. Slow draining bathroom sink. I left some instant coffee in the kitchen canister, creamers, and sweeteners. I also left new small bars of hand soap in the bathroom for the next guest. Unmatched bed sheets, tolerable. But some uncovered pillows seemed unhygienic. The couches need to be cleaned, they have lots of spots on them. The neighborhood is fine, but the actual space in the property yard is filled like a junkyard. Good thing it was all behind a locked fence. Great small stores and restaurants within walking distance. This would have been better if I had brought: full size sheet set, a hand towel and a kitchen towel, Lysol wipes, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and carefully planned meal ingredients. Not stuff I would normally have brought on a 4 day vacation.
