You're looking at wonderful vacation home to make Treasured Memories! It is located only 4 houses from the beach. It is within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, fire pits and entertainment. Close to Balboa Fun Zone, Huntington Beach, Amusement parks, Fashion Island Mall and Catalina and Balboa Islands

Located in a duplex, this REMODELED 3bedroom 3 bath condo has a unique 2 story layout with the downstairs consisting of an open floor plan with French doors to the large front patio, a beautifully remodeled fully equipped kitchen with white cabinets and white quartz countertops. In addition to the living area and kitchen downstairs, there is also a bedroom furnished with a queen bed, smart TV, oversize chair and lots of children's toys. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The home has new beautiful laminate floor throughout the home with new commercial grade carpet in the bedrooms. This welcoming beach house continues upstairs to the additional 2 Master bedrooms. The upstairs front bedroom includes a 2 person quaint balcony with Peek A Boo view of the ocean. The balcony can be seen in the top picture. (patio on the left). The 1st master suite has a full size bathroom with Tub/Shower. The 2nd Master Suite has a queen bed and a newly added small walk-in shower bathroom for added convenience.

We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Surf Board, Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas and Beach Towels. We can also offer beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure.

The home is proudly hosted by TREASURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. We are a family owned business and we pride ourselves on providing a personal touch to your vacation experience. We have 5 vacation homes that are located next to each other on 45th and 46th street in Newport Beach. Clean and very close to beach.

The house was very clean. Had a lot of amenities. Kitchen had more in it than expected. Great to have all the things you need for the beach plus a wagon to get it there. Having a place to park was an extra bonus. Just make sure you have a small car.... Overall fantastic stay would definitely recommend.

One of our favorite beach houses we have ever rented

Family stay at the beach

Had a wonderful stay. Was a few steps away from the beach and still conveniently located right near PCH. Walking distance to food. Was a great location. Super clean and manager was so friendly. Showed us around and made sure we knew where everything was. We can’t wait to be back!

Very clean, Great location.

This place was awesome for the 6 of us. I had everything we needed. Place was very clean and comfy. The location is perfect for daily beach trips and local shops, good and morning coffee. Brenda was a great host and with great communication and organization, made the trip smooth for us. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful and Convenient

We decided to go spend a few days at the beach before our college students left for fall. Our entire family enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed the patio and cooked dinner on the BBQ. The house is well stocked and very clean. We would be happy to stay again.

Perfect place for your next Family getaway to the beach!

This house is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I stayed here with our adult children and their families. It is literally one block from the most beautiful beach and being able to be on the beach and walk back to house to use the restroom was super invaluable especially with small children. The house was clean, well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. Beach towels, beach toys for kids, boogie boards and even an outside shower to rinse off all the sand. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from high end pots and pans, utensils and even spices and great for preparing your own meals. The beds are comfy, there is french doors off one of the rooms and the ocean breeze coming in while you sleep is glorious. The other rooms have big windows to open for the same experience.

Amazing Location and Beautiful Property

This property had everything we needed. It was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. The patio was especially nice to sit and have a morning coffee. The place is so close to the beach, the beach amenities supplied were great. The kids enjoyed using them to make sand castles and boards to ride the waves. Great holiday location, would highly recommend staying here. Brenda was also proactive with her communication and provided clear instructions for check-in.

Perfect Spot!

We had the pleasure of booking both units and had the best experience! When we showed up to check in everything was not just clean but smelled clean and was spotless! Brenda takes such pride in her properties and that is evident! Anything you could possibly need was there to use. The location is still in the action but quiet enough when it’s time to settle down. I just can’t say enough good things about our stay! Will be recommending to friends and family and can’t wait to stay again!

Beach vacation

We stayed one week at this beach house. Location is great the beach is just a short one minute walk, the house is very well supplied with everything you will need including shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand sanitizer, pods for the dishwasher, laundry detergent, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and a wagon to take it all to the beach. Overall the house was very clean, I did find a couple of dishes that looked like someone missed some food but I just washed them again. The beds were comfortable except the master bedroom the mattress is old and offered no support at all it was difficult to sleep on. I like the brick floors because they are not slippery at all, there is a outdoor shower which is great to get all the sand off of you after a day at the beach and keeping the sand out of the house. Brenda was great, she showed us everything check in was easy. The garage is for 2 cars one in front of the other but small cars would work best. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great Place

We enjoyed everything about our stay for the week and the location was perfect in regards to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, the Pier and Boardwalk. Brenda was great to work with from beginning to end and actually took the time to meet us at the house for check in on Sunday evening. We will definitely return to Newport Beach and hope to rent the same place again.

Newport Beach VRBO

Great location to access the beach, just a 2 minute walk away. The only issue we had was the thermostat. It seemed to default to 75, and we had an issue trying to lower the temperature. It became uncomfortable at night, and we had to open windows.

Cold stay in Newport ...

Parking is a problem for larger vehicles. Downstairs brick flooring was cold and uneven. Fireplace was not working. TV lacked cable channels to be able to watch College Bowl games. Beds need to be updated - take out the TV's in every room.

Brenda was so kind and very helpful. She met us and showed us everything and was easy to communicate with. Great location and fun to be so close to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice that each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked great with everything you need. We loved our stay and plan to come back again.

Perfect property!

We loved everything about this place! It had everything we needed and more. Location couldn't be beat. Communication with host was great. We loved staying here and we would highly recommend.

Too much noise from other unit

We were not informed of the college students renting a unit next to our place for several months until we were checking in. Needless to say they were up late past midnight first night we checked in. Next day, they started to have party with people in and out of the property playing drinking games that started in the mid afternoon with screaming and cursing. We had to inform property manager and it got quiet after few hours. Then noises came back again third night and we were worried. We informed management and it got quiet again afterwards. From that point on the noise issue from other unit did not happen but it definitely was not what we wanted to deal with while we stayed for a week. Policy on VRBO and renter’s agreement clearly states “strictly no party allowed” and shows picture of toys in one of the bedroom that seems to advertise good place for family. Does that only apply to weekly renters? We will not be going back to this place again.

Location location location!

Brenda is an excellent property manager and took great care to see that we were comfortable. Short walk to the beach, the park, and restaurants- and they have toys in the condo and a wagon and beach toys for the kids, so we didn’t have to lug it all on a plane or buy things while we were there. Looking forward to staying again!

I am the Broker and owner of Treasure Property Management and enjoy making a 'home' away from home for all my guests. I like to make sure they are happy, comfortable and safe. All my homes are impeccably clean and I greet every guest upon their arrival to walk them through the home as well as introduce them to the neighborhood. I enjoy seeing my guests smile as they walk through the door.
