This beautiful oceanfront 4 bedroom, 2 bath, upper level duplex is within walking distance to the grocery store, Newport pier, shops and restaurants. The living area opens to the well thought out kitchen, where you can cook up meals for the whole crew. A granite island with seating for 6 is an ideal spot for quick breakfasts and casual dinners. A king sleigh bed is the centerpiece of the master bedroom with an en suite bath and vaulted ceilings. There is 1 parking spot in the shared garage.
The Space:
This ocean front home is perfect for your next family vacation! With shutters in the living room keeping the sun out on especially hot afternoons or keep them open completely to reveal breathtaking ocean and Catalina views, this home is cozy and bright to lounge in after a long day on the beach. A flat screen TV in the living area is great for movie nights after a refreshing day at the beach.
The living area opens to the well thought out kitchen, where you can cook up meals for the whole crew. A granite island with seating for 6 is an ideal spot for quick breakfasts and casual dinners.
The unit has its own washer and dryer, stacked in a closet in the hallway for convenience.
A king sleigh bed is the centerpiece of the master bedroom with an en suite bath and vaulted ceilings. An armoire hides the flat panel TV.
3 tidy guest bedrooms—2 with queen beds and one with 2 twins—share a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
