Regarding your concerns: The stove burners are countertop models that may take a moment to heat up. The adjoining door is used when the unit is rented as part of a larger suite. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. The patio and outdoor furniture were clean upon check-in. However, due to the proximity to the beach and the regular occurrence of Sahara dust in Aruba, dust can accumulate quickly. We provide sufficient towels based on the pre-check-in information. For two guests, we placed 4 beach towels and 4 bath towels in the unit. We even made an exception to exchange the towels upon request. The WiFi issue was due to temporary problems with Setar, our local phone company, which have since been resolved. The only item missing was a pillowcase, which our colleague Andres delivered the next day. We appreciate your understanding and suggestions, which will help us improve.
