This updated condo is located at Crystal Tower on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores and offers access to a wide range of on-site amenities designed for year-round enjoyment. From outdoor pools to indoor options, the property provides multiple ways to relax, recharge, and spend time together.



Inside the condo, recent updates include waterproof laminate flooring throughout, new lighting and fan fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen features a baby blue tiled backsplash and is equipped for everyday meal preparation, including an LG oven with an air-fryer function. A full-size laundry room is located inside the unit for added convenience.



The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a large dresser with a mounted smart TV, and a small desk area that can be used for writing or getting ready. Large windows and a sliding glass door open to the Gulf-facing patio. The ensuite bathroom includes double vanities and a tub/shower combination.



The living area is arranged for comfort and downtime, with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, swivel rocker, and a mounted smart TV. A cabinet below the TV holds games, puzzles, and cards for quieter evenings. Large windows on either side of the sliding glass door allow natural light and views toward the water.



The guest bedroom features a queen mattress and a mounted TV. The full guest bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the den. The patio is furnished with Adirondack chairs and offers views of the Gulf. While another building sits between the condo and the beach, guests can still see the water and hear the waves, especially in the evening.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to Crystal Tower’s amenities, including the beachfront pool and lazy river, the condo-side pool, and the indoor facilities. The air-conditioned walkover provides convenient access across the street to the beachfront amenities.



The location on West Beach Boulevard places guests within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, mini golf, and Waterville. The Hangout is approximately 1.3 miles away at the end of Highway 59.



The Neighborhood:

From Hwy 59 you go south until dead end into the Gulf of Mexico. Take a right and go 1.3 miles to Crystal Tower, turn right before going under the blue walkover. Park in back, elevator in middle of building. Go to third floor and turn left, 302 is down towards the end



Other Things to Note:

Crystal Tower has specific building policies that all guests must follow. Wristbands are required while on the property and are issued based on the number of guests on the reservation. All wristbands must be returned to the basket on the foyer table at checkout. A replacement fee applies for any wristbands not returned.



Parking passes are required and are purchased upon arrival at the on-site kiosk at a daily rate. Outside companies are not permitted to use Crystal Tower amenities.



This building is not pet friendly for guests.
