Great stay. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. I also had everything you needed to cook, if you want to. The host was very helpful and responsive as he lives on site.

This property was good because the owner was on site and helped with anything that I needed. It was very quiet, very clean and comfortable spot. I will definitely use this property again as I always travel to this area and would love to have the same experience and very affordable..

The room was nice and clean and the host is a gem. The location is fantastic- a well established neighborhood close to the highway, airport, International Mall, and tons of great restaurants and shopping. I walked the neighborhood for exercise every day and felt very comfortable/safe. I stayed about 3 weeks and will definitely keep this one in mind for next time.

The bare essentials, safe location, good price

If you need a good value and safe location, this is your spot. The host lives on the property, which is convenient for communication. I had my dog with me and the host's dog was not pleased, so I left 2 nghts early.

Kenny Chesney

Good stay and close to the stadium - host offered parking about a block from the stadium for a discount which made parking convenient. My friend did leave her headphones in the room and when contacted the host to check on that - he never replied back with any update. Disappointing - but overall a good stay!

Very clean and comfortable place

It place is very clean and comfortable. I went to Tampa for a-weekend class and I brought my dog with me. I didn’t have time to cook to use the kitchen. But it looked like it had everything you will need. I had a small Prius so that parking on the lawn was not a problem at all. I have the class every year at the Mariotte Hotel nearby in Tampa. I will definitely stay there again because it is only 5-minutes drive to my class and the price is very affordable for me and my dog. 😊

Thank you so much for your kind review! I'm so glad that you had a positive experience at my property. I'm happy to hear that you found it to be clean and comfortable. I hope that you will come back and stay again whenever you are in the Tampa area. I would be happy to have you! P.S. I'm glad to hear that you didn't have time to use the kitchen, but I hope that next time you have a chance to check it out! It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, and there are also many great restaurants within walking distance of the property.
