Beautiful condo with pool. 5 minute drive to beach. Sleeps 8. Pet friendly

Family and pet friendly spacious condo in a safe & pristine gated community. Outdoor pool, sand volleyball, tennis, putting green, playground and gym. Four minute drive to beach (multiple public beach access parking areas available), 2 minute drive to Arcadia golf course and dining.
First bedroom has a private entrance with private bathroom and walk in closet. Closet contains an iron and ironing board, a high chair, pack and play, and a child size table with four chairs. The room has two chairs and a television.
Second bedroom has two queen size beds, walk in closet and television along with entrance to second bathroom.
Third bedroom is the Carolina room which has a full size sofa bed and desk with chair. There is a toy box with various children games. The room is separated from living room with French doors. Blinds can be lowered to provide privacy.
The living room has a queen size sleeper, television with cable, and a separate entrance to bathroom. A wet bar with wine glasses separates living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is stocked with high quality amenities including Pfaltzgraff dishes, cooking utensils, blender, mixer, pots and pans, casserole dishes, sheet pans, cutting boards,
basic spices, and Keurig coffee maker. First morning coffee, tea and cream is provided. The table seats four and we have a set of large heavy duty TV trays.
The closet in entryway contains 4 nautilus beach chairs, one child beach chair with umbrella, an all terrain rolling ice chest, beach towels, tennis rackets, tennis balls, and a volleyball.
Full size washer and dryer are located in hall between living room and first bedroom. Starter laundry detergent provided.
Both bathrooms have towels, wash clothes, starter amounts of soap, shampoo and sunscreen. A hair dryer is located in first bathroom.

Fantastic stay

Highly recommend this condo! We loved the location, cleanliness, and gated neighborhood. It's also a really cute unit! It gave us the needed space for my daughter to relax throughout her dance competition. Everyone was friendly and Julie was the perfect host. Our small dog enjoyed all the green space- I felt very comfortable even late at night taking her out. Everything was exactly as described.

Great Condo!

Location was very convenient to shopping, eating and more! Condo was clean and exactly as listed. Very roomy! Julie is great and communicates quickly and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was in impeccable shape when we arrived. It was clean and everything was set up perfectly for our stay. We enjoyed our visit and the owner is really nice. I would rate the condo as Exceptional and the owner as "Premier Plus"

Awesome, private location.

We had a wonderful stay at Savannah Shores. Beautifully maintained property, convenient to the beach, but still in a quiet community to be away from the hustle and bustle. Very nice pool and weight room. Julie was an awesome host. Thanks.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed for a family vacation. The Condo was beautiful. Very clean and very well kept it had everything we needed for the beach. It was especially nice being in a gated community so we didn’t have to worry about safety or damage to our vehicles. We will absolutely choose to stay here again.

Great amenities in the kitchen. Stylish furniture. I liked the fact that it is in a gated community. Pet friendly was a plus!!! My kids enjoyed the games provided, especially UNO.

Great Vacation Condo!

We had a great week staying in this super clean and fully stocked condo! Julie was absolutely amazing at communication and had everything we ever needed for the whole week! It’s located only 4 minutes from the outlets, beach and lots of restaurants! We played on the playground and pickleball courts almost everyday inside the gated community as well. Everyone was very friendly! We will definitely look into future vacations here again!

Almost perfect

Very clean and cozy condo. Lots of things to do close to it , loved the community, we used the fitness center and it was great, only thing that we were a littl dissapointd was that we were told that the pool was going to be heated while we stayed there but it was never turned on, not that was the host fault but for the kids was a little dissapointed. Will def book there again

Excellent condominium with nice pool and tennis courts. Had everything we needed. Very clean!!

We enjoyed staying at this condominium. It had all we needed. Unfortunately we were not able to have a rented golf cart at the facility. Only owned golf carts are allowed. Beaches closes to the condominium were private. Parking was not allowed either. It was also private. We had to go more than a “ mile from beach” to access a public beach entrance😟. Proximity to Ripken Experience for our son’s baseball ⚾️ tournament was great. Definitely a 👍 !!

We loved our stay

We always book our vacations with VRBO or AirB&b so we have lots of perspective. This condo was the cleanest and most recently updated place we have ever enjoyed. The kitchen had all brand new dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The furniture is new, lovely and tasteful. We really appreciated being in a gated and secure property with our young grandchildren and our small dog with us. The girls loved the swimming pool and asked us if we were rich! The host is especially gracious and accommodating. If we ever come back to Myrtle Beach we will stay in this place again.

Simply perfect all around

Not only is the price amazing but also the location. We had restaurants and fun activities very close by we even went walking some days as gas would just be wasted on such a short trip. Not to mention the beach being about a 15 minute walk to be able to enjoy the sun rise in the mornings and about a 7 minute drive to the beach for the sunset. Julie was amazing and very fast to respond to our questions. Especially being able to bring our dog and he definitely liked everything about the place too! Lots of other dogs and a dog park near for him! Really recommend!! Can’t wait to come back !

Wonderful Stay

My family and I needed a quick getaway and came across Julie’s condo. This was the perfect condo for our family needs. When we arrived, you have to come through the visitor side and enter code which could be a little confusing because I thought the pin was our code but once we figured it out , it went smooth sailing from there so overall The check-in process was good. The condo was very clean and it’s located in a very good spot in N. Myrtle Beach. The condo also has everything you need and more which was a plus. It really felt like we were home. Julie, the property manager was also great with communicating and answering any questions or concerns. We hope to book with her again In the near future.

My husband (university professor) and I (nurse practitioner) are newly retired and love it. We live in rural Southern Illinois and enjoy being near family and friends. Our daughters, son in laws, and grandchildren are fond of Myrtle Beach and we all like to spend time there.
We rent our condo during the times that none of us are visiting Myrtle Beach. I (Julie) have been a host for the past 3 years and the endeavor has been enjoyable. I've met so many nice people throughout this process and plan to continue for a long time.

Our family and ourselves love Myrtle Beach and we have dreamed of owning property here. Savannah Shores is perfect because of the beauty of the gated community and the availability of outdoor amenities. We want to live close to the ocean but not directly beach front since we value privacy and quiet times. Thus, we can walk one mile and enjoy the beach, return home, cook on the grill, and enjoy our pool. Great restaurants are a 0.3 mile walk and Tangier Outlet is 0.9 miles.
