Beautiful fully updated double-wide mobile home located in a 55+ private community. Many amenities including an 18 hole golf course, heated swimming pools, hot tub, spa, hiking and more. Guest are welcome to join in many activities including cards, pickleball, tennis, and crafts. 20 minutes from the international airport and 15 minutes to downtown.

Place used towels and sheets in a pile on the washer in the laundry closet. Don't wash them. Place all garbage in the outside trash bin. Clean out the fridge and dispose of any food.
Replace all furniture to its original location. Clean the kitchen, replace dishes and serving utensils into drawers or cabinets. Check all drawers and behind doors to avoid forgetting personal items.

Family Visit

Property was as advertised. Great location for us. Host was very friendly and had great communication. They came over immediately when we had a small maintenance issue and got us up and running. We had a great time visiting family. Would stay here again.

great location for what i needed

the location was clean and quite , i felt comfortable and safe my stay and did not have to worry about theft or break ins.. The location was great for going to the tuscon trap and skeet club

Loved it!

Loved the location. The home was clean and well equipped. Close to the Old Tucson movie set and theme park, the Saguaro National Park, Desert Museum and lots of hiking. Dollar General, cafe's amd hiking within walking disrance. Club house is available to remters, including a library, pool and golf. Would definitely stay here again!

A trailer in a retirement community, but nice

It's an inexpensive style double wide trailer home in a 55+ community, but it's very clean and nice. Thin wall, but was a good stay. Quiet area. Less than most other rentals around Tucson. Pool available. Host very helpful and local.

Cute and convenient!

This is such a sweet home. It was nicely updated, and we had everything we needed for our comfort. It is in a 55 community that has restaurants, a hardware store, and a library with an extensive supply of books. There is a rec hall nearby, two swimming pools, and a golf course that are usable for a fee (25). A short hike will take you to the mountain close by. The neighborhood is quiet and sitting on the shady deck was very enjoyable. Our landlady is a sweet, fun person who is easy to work with. She immediately made us feel comfortable. I am happy we were able to meet her. Our stay was great!

Quiet base by Tucson Mtn Park

My elderly mom and I had a lovely and peaceful time staying in this 55 community. The 2 BR and 2 BA were well separated so we had plenty of privacy; would also be ideal for 2 couples. Host was very responsive and friendly with lots of info about the area. Kitchen setup was good - we only ate out once during our 6 days, and made lots of good meals at the house. Living room setup was also nice - one sofa and coffee table where I could spread out and grade my students' exams, and a different sofa where my mom could curl up and read. The patio is also nice (we had quite cool weather during our stay but thought it would be great in warmer weather). Very easy access to Tuscon Mtn Park and Saguaro NP West. Thank you!
