We have been renting residential properties for many years in the US and Europe. This property and host really stand out. Perfect family layout, very well equipped, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, quiet neighbourhood, beautiful views! Friendly welcome, clear instructions, very responsive communication and interesting (to us at least) details shared about the surrounding landscape and community of Cape Anne. Highly recommend!

I grew up in western Maryland but spent many summer days at our retreat on the Bay. I enjoy hunting, fishing, growing trees, and gardening.

This vacation home has been in the family since 1945 and is the source of many happy family memories of relaxing, fishing, and catching blue crabs. In order to sustain this home as a family retreat we are opening it to share.
この宿泊施設の特徴
In the heat of the summer, the breezes off the water keep the air temperatures 10°F or more cooler than the ambient air temperature further in-land. Sunrises on the bay tend to be spectacular! Storms moving up the bay provide visual drama that cannot be seen in-land. Occasionally we will have a Bald Eagle or two visit one of the trees early in the morning (and they are extremely skittish about people moving around), but in the summer daytime Ospreys dominate the sky here.
