Great cabin to spend your vacation relaxing or if you prefer to explore the great outdoors there is plenty of that too! 15 mins from downtown Black Mountain and 30 mins from Asheville. Small Creekside hiking trail in the community.
Note- driveway is steep- it is concrete so 4 wheel drive isn’t needed but it does go straight so drive slow.
Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try our best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.
Community quiet hours are 11pm- 8am, please be mindful of noise levels, the mountains carry sound, so we ask that you are not outdoors after 11, especially if you have a large group.

Weapons are not allowed on property.
Please place trash in garbage bins in garage, for longer stays and/or excessive amount of trash you can take trash to large trash bins at the bottom of the mountain- just before you get to the exit gate of Laurel Ridge.
Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
No Rvs, campers, recreational vehicles allowed in community.
