Birthday reunion

This was a great find. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We got together to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We gathered from MA,NH,NY and NC 7 adults and two children 3 and 1. No one ever felt crowded and there is plenty of room for the little ones to run around outside. The children enjoyed the daily visits from deer and turkey. Upon arrival we really appreciated the seltzers and snacks. The closet grocery store is in Dover NH. We made use of the gas grill and outdoor seating for dinner. A wonderful walk to the river behind the home was a highlight also. The home is located close to York beach And we had a great meal at the Shipyard Brew restaurant 10 minutes from the house. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. This is our 5 th VRBO and it did not disappoint !

A perfect getaway near all the great New England towns

This house has it all. The charm of an old home with modern amenities. The home is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners provided great snacks and more for our family. The bedrooms are comfortable. The AC was great considering the hot summer we have had. We took an easy drive to Kennebunkport, Kittery, Portsmouth and more great New England towns. While this home is in a neighborhood the property is private and large. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or even longer.

Great family house

Nicely furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath house, stocked with many useful supplies as well as snacks. Lovely setting on a quiet road with large play area for children. Close to ME turnpike and beaches, as well as Portsmouth.

Great spot for a family weekend!

We stayed for a weekend to attend a nearby family reunion. Although the house looks to be undergoing some minor renovations, it was clean and comfortable and the host was great! The backyard was fun for the kids - they loved the grass basketball court!
