Unit 34 at Discovery Point Club (rated Traveler's Choice) has been remodeled and is a second-floor unit with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. It features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the second with two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed with advance notice. Additionally, there is a king sofa hide-a-bed in the living area, accommodating a total of six guests.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom. The bedroom dressers and closets have lots of room to store your clothes and there is a small safe in each closet. Enjoy great snorkeling right from our beautiful beach, strong private WIFI, high speed internet, daily maid service, free parking, dive gear rinse area, two outdoor grills, two tennis and pickleball courts (racquets provided), basketball, washer/dryer and concierge services to help you with various reservations.

Discovery Point Club beach has not been affected by the changing tides that have affected the beaches at the southern end of 7 Mile Beach. Our beautiful beach has lots of covered beach cabanas and umbrellas, with beach towels provided. Enjoy two tennis and pickleball courts (racquets provided), as well as soccer and basketball facilities on the property. Grill your fresh fish, burgers and steaks on the two grills located by the tennis courts. This property is very private with beautifully maintained landscaping. Play in the large private pool and relax in the hot tub, where you can make friends in the hot swirling tub water after a fun day of snorkeling or scuba diving.

Or maybe you want to just chill in the comfortable condo and watch movies on the large living room flat-screen smart TV or open the curtains to see the stunning sunsets and gorgeous beach and ocean views! In the screened-in patio, lounge with a good book in the cushioned loveseat recliner with various reclining levels. Enjoy dining at the patio table that overlooks the gorgeous Cayman Ocean or the table in the living area, which seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals or check out the many scrumptious restaurants in Cayman. A large modern grocery store is about 1 mile away. You will be welcomed with our gift fruit basket!

Concierge services are provided by the friendly staff in the resort office. Check out the brochures for all the adventures you can have in Cayman paradise! Take a book to read from the resort office. NOTE: All guests will be required to complete a Discovery Point Club Registration Form, which will be emailed to you before your arrival.

The following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all apartments/condos at The Discovery Point Club (sorry, our insurance company insisted this be added).

1) The primary guest must be age twenty-five (25) years or older and assume responsibility for those in his/her charge under the age of twenty-five (25).

2) The primary guest must be in residence for the duration of the reservation.

3) The primary guest accepts legal responsibility for bodily injury to himself/herself and/or any person(s) on the property as a result of the visit and use of rental unit, operation, or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me/us.

4) The primary guest agrees to accept complete responsibility for all individuals occupying or visiting the assigned rental unit at Discovery Point Club and the entire Discovery Point Club grounds.

5) The primary guest agrees that Discovery Point Club management and employees will not be held responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or any personal property during the duration of the rental period.

6) The primary guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the Discovery Point Club rental unit, Discovery Point Club Strata Plan 81, Discovery Point Club property manager, and all Discovery Point Club employees from and against liability for injury to himself/herself or any other person(s) occupying or visiting the Discovery Point Club rental unit and/or the grounds of Discovery Point Club resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, injury sustained as a result of use of the rental unit, use of any item(s) inside the rental unit, exterior stairs, communal pool, beach, ocean, etc., howsoever arising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees and property owners on the grounds of Discovery Point Club.

7) Discovery Point Club is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Stayed here for 6 nights over new years and was incredibly happy with our choice. It was great being right in the beach, especially since this particular stretch of shoreline had pretty good snorkeling. We traveled to other beaches on other parts of the island and snorkeling was better right at our doorstep! We also really liked that it was close to the action of the 7 mile beach area, but also away from all of the crowds. It was very peaceful. The room was very clean, and the staff that manages the property were incredibly friendly and helpful. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be that other guests on the property would wake up early and "claim" prime beach chairs with their towels, and then not use them all day, which was obnoxious, but you'll find that probably anywhere you go and definitely not a knock on the property itself. I would stay here again and recommend this property to others. Great property, great location, great hosts.
Poolside... Property managers will help you rent paddle boards that get dropped off right on your doorstep!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Discovery Point. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the beach was amazing!! We also loved that we could snorkel right in front of our condo. We will definitely be back!

Very good location, clean area, clean condo that’s been updated. Owner was very responsive and the maids came in everyday to clean and change out towels and sheets. I honestly want to come back in December/January but I think it maybe booked up here already. I highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret staying here you may regret not living here though lol. New AC with air cleaner, never had an issue cooling, I highly suggest getting some snorkeling gear because the rocks under the water are loaded with aquatic life.

Heavenly

Discovery Point is a piece of Heaven. Very peaceful and most beautiful. The people who work there are very attentive and most friendly. Good location off the beaten path but close enough to get there for activities and restaurants. We would most certainly stay here again!

Great Stay in Grand Cayman

This condo was everything we wanted. Right on the beach, clean and with everything we needed. Communication with Jeri was easy and the check in process was smooth. The staff at the condo complex were extremely nice and eager to help. This place is great for families- it's away from the bigger resorts and on the northern half of seven mile beach so even when there were multiple cruise ships in town we couldn't feel the swell of people on our end of the beach.

Lovely beach house

Nice house! Great view of the beach. Quiet beach with Lovely sunsets. Snorkeling right off the beach. Pickleball courts. 5 minute drive to shopping, bars and restaraunts.

Awesome stay!

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed condominium located in a very convenient area. Everything was in working order, the A/C worked great and it was very quiet. We were greeted with a very thoughtful welcome fruit basket. We enjoyed playing pickleball too.Thank you!!

Taste of paradise

Discovery Point club is the place to stay to relax and enjoy beautiful Grand Cayman. Especially in unit #34! Communication with the property owners was helpful and very quick. The condo unit is fabulous. It is clean, has everything you in need in each bedroom and in the kitchen. We loved having our coffees on the porch in the morning. There are plenty of chairs on the beach section with plenty of shade if needed. The beach directly in front of the property is a bit rocky but it is just a short walk down to sandy crystal blue waters to swim in.We definitely would stay here again!!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time in Cayman with our 2 daughters (17,20). Condo is located in a quieter section of 7 mile which was great. Awesome little reef right in front - great snorkeling and Cemetery beach snorkeling just 1/2 mi away . We never had to fight for chairs/umbrellas - lovely beach!! Condo was cleaned daily and housekeepers, office staff and grounds staff were so nice. Condo kitchen stocked with every essential! Would recommend to anyone who wants a quieter/relaxing vacay!

Highly recommended!

The condo is super lovely! It is super clean and spacious (for a family of 5), and the view on the patio and in the living room is so beautiful! We had our breakfasts there every day and truly enjoyed the ocean view. The amenities are very good and the condo has everything we needed (all kinds of kitchen supplies, coffee maker, washer & drier, dishwasher, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay here. The location of the condo is perfect- it is so close to everything but not in the busy/noisy area of the SMB. The host is super nice and very accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again if we plan to visit the Grand Cayman next time!

West Bay/7 Mile

Large condo, well equipped, strong HVAC,Excellent daily housekeeping. 40 unit condo association, 3 stories. Very chill with family’s of all ages. Lots of divers. Plenty big pool and adequate hot tub. Lots nooners and their family being Christmas. Pickleball and Tennis playing daily but we didn’t participate. Foster’s market, a liquor store and a few restaurants in walking distance. We found an Andy’s rental car to be a good value for our trip.

Fantastic spot and well worth the cost

We usually stay at the Westin on 7 mile beach but I decided to go out for 2 weeks this time and take my Father with us. I struggled to find a place that was on the beach and close to town without it costing an absolute fortune. I am so happy I found this condo. It was perfect. Amazing beach, large condo with all the amenities, maid service every day etc. It was more than I expected. My only recommendation to the owners would be to invest in some new mattresses. I will definitely go back here next time we visit!

Grand Cayman - North part of 7 mile beach

Loved the place and the people. There are both Pickle and Tennis courts with equipment available. Quiet and need a car to reach nearby restaurants. Best if you are looking for peaceful and quiet. Beech is nice but be aware most of the Caymans have "turtle grass" which is fine grass like seaweed near the shore. The beach here has a limited amount of turtle grass and is nice. Living room overlooks the beach. No view from bedrooms which is typical. Older building and a little dated but still very pleasant and very comfortable. Cleaning service takes care of place daily so you do not have to spend time on this. Check in and check out was a breeze and the people were very helpful.

Perfect location with amazing view of the ocean!

Located on Seven Mile beach, Discovery Point Club is the middle one of three clubs that share what is the best beach location north of the Westin. You can see and walk straight through the length of Seven Mile beach. The view from the condo is perfect as the 2nd level looks right over the cabanas and you can see the sunset from the balcony. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach and found lobsters, string rays, and quite a variety of fish. Foster’s Grocery Store is very close (1/2 mile or less). We also enjoyed the provided huts and beach chairs. Regarding the condo we stayed in, the space was perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything we needed and all appliances worked as intended (with one exception…the dishwasher did not have a light indicating when the dishes were clean, but the dishwasher did work!). The screened-in porch was definitely a highlight and we enjoyed eating our breakfast there every morning. Although we loved our stay, there were some things that could be improved upon. The bedrooms and bathrooms have some fit and finish issues (need touch up paint, cracked crown molding). The King mattress needs replacing (dips in the middle) and the mirror closet doors in the King room are worn. All in all, we'd stay again. The cost/benefit for getting this premier location on the beach is well worth it!

We have been coming to Grand Cayman since 2007. We love the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly people, delicious restaurants, abundant water activities, and the opportunity to just chill.

What we love most is the view right from the living room and patio. If you've never experienced a Cayman sunset you are in for an awesome experience - every night is a show. The spacious screened-in patio has a comfortable love seat recliner that is perfect for relaxing, reading, snoozing, and enjoying your morning coffee - or sharing a meal at the patio table.

Just a few steps around the corner and you are on the beach where you can relax or participate in water activities. Away from the constant activity on 7 Mile Beach - you can truly experience "the peace that surpasses all understanding" at the beautiful, private beach.

Marvel at the beautiful sunsets night after night - on the beach or right from Unit 34's living room. With our fully equipped kitchen you can make your own favorite meals, grill your own caught fish or burgers and steaks on the outdoor grill, or try any number of fabulous restaurants on the island.
