You paid $70/night for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom close to major highways and 5 minutes to downtown and you're biggest complaint is location?? Why don't you stay by disney and pay $200/night? price is an indicator of location, if you wanted to by by disney you shouldn't stay 30 minutes away to save $130/night then complain about traffic to kissimmee. Come on!!

A/C wasn't turned on prior to checking in. The clothes dryer door opens to the wrong side. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Only one spoon. Toilet has weak flush. Not a safe neighborhood. A lot of little things and lack of attention to detail degraded the stay.

Great stay

The home was very spacious and clean. We had lots of room. The kitchen had everything that we needed already there. A.C. Was perfect and it was wonderful to have washer and dryer in home and plenty of space for several guest if needed. We were also close to several eating areas and able to get to highway easily. The yard was spacious also and even had lawn chairs in pantry room if we wanted to hang outside. Thank you for allowing us to rent and we will be back.

Misrepresented property

Pictures make it look decent, but it's a dump in a terrible neighborhood. Don't be fooled by the listing like me. I found a very nice resort for like 10 more per night and left early.

I’m very sorry about your experience but you received a full refund. It’s unpredictable when an AC would stop working especially when guests are given the freedom to adjust the thermostat. When a thermostat temperature remains below 65 for a extended time the lines freeze so unfortunately it’s not is that caused this issue but a previous guests. It’s the same thing with smoking. This is a one off incident. I can promise you the cleaner wasn’t smoking marijuana & black & mild while she was cleaning. It was the disrespectful guests before you that did it. We lit candles and opened the windows to air the house and sprayed the unit but that’sehy we gave you a full refund. We had a troubled guest that caused issues and left late. This isn’ta normal Occurance.. I can not control who books our units. I can’t judge people either and I don’t discriminate so we allow anyone and everyone into our home and expect them to behave respectfully but we can’t guarantee they will leave on time. This guest for instant left at 2:00pm when checkout is at 11am. You checked in soon after. So we had a crisis and I had to give you back your money and 2 hours for an AC company. The AC guy did fix the issue. Wouldn’t know because you left. We only use master technicians.

PATHETIC

First of all the communication with the host was horrible. As soon as we got to the place we smell mold and mildew on top of all pf marihuana. We open some of the windows to see if we can make the smell dissipate but it did not work. We tried to contact the host to see if they had another property that they can accommodate us but never got a response. After that we contacted VRBO to se how we could fix the situation. VEBO Contacted the host and they connect us with the host. We spoke with them and they even said to us they will definitely will go to the house the very next day to check and they will get back to us. They never did. At this point 3 days later I am still trying to get our money back or at least some kind of credit. We need to pay separately for another place to stay because it was impossible for us to stay in that smell. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY AT THIS PLACE AT ALL. IT IS NOT HEALTHY!!!
