Two Bed Two Bath Chatta Charmer with hot tub!

Welcome to the Chatta Charmer! A sweet 1930's two bedroom, two bathroom bungalow located in a quiet North Chattanooga neighborhood. Fully Renovated in 2020 and just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga, Coolidge Park and the Tennessee Aquarium. This house is a great spot to call home while exploring our beautiful city. With an open floor plan, this home has a fully equipped kitchen with new updates, cozy and comfortable bedrooms, and a lovely outdoor space with a gas grill and hot tub.

After a fun day of seeing the sights, or working from home at the dedicated workspace(with lightning fast internet,) let The Chatta Charmer be your restful retreat! Gather around for a group movie night with a smart TV equipped with Roku and a Nintendo Switch dock. Prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen and dine together at the table fit for six. When its time to call it a night, enjoy 680 thread count cotton sheets!

Outside, take advantage of the hot tub and gas grill and enjoy the fresh air and nature views. We also have a firepit for guests to enjoy, just be sure to bring your own firewood as it is not provided.

THINGS TO KNOW

NO PETS are allowed at this vacation rental. We cannot make any exceptions
PARKING: There is only street parking available. Please do not park in front of the neighbor's mailbox (you may park in front of ours), and please do not block trash cans. The street is on in incline so we advise to set your parking break and point wheels to the curb. Always make sure our neighbors can get through the street.
GUEST ACCESS: This home has a wifi smart lock, and guests will be issued a code once a booking is confirmed.
SECURITY CAMERA: There is a Ring security camera doorbell on the front porch.

You must be 25 years or older to rent The Chatta Charmer.

The house was immaculate when we arrived, communication was excellent and we enjoyed the location. This was a perfect house for two couples and allowed for enough room in the kitchen and living room for our Chattanooga family to come play games, have dinner, watch football etc.

Great communication with the host. This home is fully stocked with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving stay! The location is excellent and conveniently located near downtown and Hixson where our son lives. We will definitely stay here again!

Incredibly clean, very nice neighborhood and only 5 or so minutes from downtown. The Northshore area for restaurants, bars and shopping was very cool and only 3 minutes from the house. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely rebook when in the area again.

Perfect Cottage

My husband & I stayed at this perfect little cottage over July 4th weekend. This place is extremely nice & updated. The beds & furniture were comfortable, it is well stocked for whatever you need, it was very clean, the neighborhood was very nice & quiet. I can’t say enough about this place. We will be back! If you are interested, just go ahead & book- you will thank me!

Comfortable and well done

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatta Charmer.The bed was comfy and Owen has stocked the home with everything you would need. We liked the location and walked down the hill to restaurants when the weather allowed. It was a short ride across the bridge to other activities. Highly recommend.

Definitely a Charmer

Chattanooga Charmer was a beautiful and very clean property. I loved how the kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials which most properties we’ve stayed lacked. Super cozy and comfortable and in a great area. We will definitely be return customers.

Charmer!

My wife, son and I enjoyed a delightful stay at this property. Everything is as advertised - great location, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Parking on the street was never an issue. Communication throughout was detailed and timely. Neighborhood was nice for walk around and a very short distance to coffee, restaurants, etc.

The fine print is lacking

I’ll try to keep this short. Unexpected (because it wasn’t mentioned in property listing) $500 hold put on my account the day before we left for our trip, which the Host insisted was normal. Paid a cleaning fee but received large checkout chore list the day before checkout, including starting a load of towels - Hope the guest before me used soap! Parking was beyond frustrating. Privacy was lacking overall. Neighbors dogs ran and barked at us anytime we went outside. Glass shower with an open window facing neighbors house is an interesting design choice. We had a fine trip, but that had nothing to do with our stay here. Won’t be back

Charming in Chattanooga

What a beautiful home, with all the amenities you could need. Close to town, nice outdoor space and very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this home to anyone. Hope to come back in the future.

Super cute and clean home

This was our second time staying here with our two toddlers. Great layout, very clean and cozy. Parking is on the street, but was no problem for our one vehicle. The street is on an incline but also not an issue. There are stairs leading from street to the home. Cute neighborhood. Felt very safe. This is our go to home when we take the kiddos to Chattanooga to the train museum (20 minutes away) and to the aquarium/downtown (less than 10 minutes away).
