Enjoy stunning views in this newly renovated oceanfront condo located on Kahana Beach! This spacious 1,040 sqft condo located at Valley Isle Resort has been completely renovated and is located on the 9th floor which gives you breath taking views. This unique condo is the only unit in the complex with 2 Master Suites! With floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living and primary master bedroom, gentle breezes and sunsets can be enjoyed lounging on the couch or relaxing in bed. Imagine falling asleep to the lull of ocean waves at your feet and waking to spouting whales in the background. Truly an oasis on the Valley Isle.

We've recently renovated our home in March 2023. One of the highlights unique to our condo is 2 Master Suites which we included as part of the full renovation. We're proud to say our unit is the only in Valley Isle Resort with this layout - perfect for those traveling with family or friends.

The two master bedrooms have new furnishings with plenty of storage space. When you're ready to snooze, relax in comfort in the plush King beds. Need more sleeping space? Our brand new sleeper sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed.

The fully-equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances as well as new cookware for your enjoyment.

For your convenience, we also provide a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels to take on your adventures through Maui.

Valley Isle Resort
The lush gardens and direct access to Kahana beach make Valley Isle Resort paradise. Enjoy grilling by the pool or taking a stroll to nearby dining, shops and activities. Located just minutes from old town Lahaina and premier golf courses of Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Please note that our condo does not have AC. Generally, AC is not needed being so close to the ocean we get amazing breezes that keep the condo cool with the lanai doors opened. Additionally, we have ceiling fans in every room and portable fans if needed.

During winter months, there may not be beach access depending on weather and high tides. Alternate beach access is within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time during our trip! Stephanie checked in on us to make sure everything was running smoothly! Absolutely loved the ocean views and beach access!! The condo was spacious and as pictured! Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Great Location

We loved the condo. We saw whales from the deck, and were within walking distance of restaurants and a really good coffee shop. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our week on Maui. We would definitely stay again.

Trip to paradise

We had an awesome time during our stay in Maui. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was right in the middle of several stores, restaurants and beaches. Stephanie checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Turtles, turtles, turtles

We had no complaints about our stay. Great location, pretty much a private beach. Lots of shells, sea glass and the views from the baloney was unbelievable. Hearing and see the ocean is what we wanted and thats what we got. This side of town is mellow and low key, not too busy with people. There is a hotel next door that has a restaurant and bar we would recommend and snorkeling gear by the gas station was cheap and easy.

Good location, but significant undisclosed issues.The condo is beachfront, clean, and comfortable for two bedrooms. The location is the main draw. The pool is very small and in a shaded area, so not a good hangout spot if that's your thing.What was not disclosed prior to booking: the building had scheduled plumbing repairs on 3 of our 4 days. Water was shut off daily from approximately 10am to 2–3pm. Hot water did not return until 9–10pm on those evenings. On one day, plumbers worked inside the unit for around 3 hours. Signs posted around the facility said this would occur on Tuesday (while we were out, so not a huge deal), but they ended up coming the next day, which was rainy, and we had planned to stick around the unit.The owner offered a 200 refund on a 2,400 stay (which we have yet to receive). We did not consider this adequate given the extent of the disruption.If you are considering this property, we recommend confirming with the owner whether any maintenance is planned during your dates (as we saw signs posted around the facility indicated upcoming projects).

Thank you again for staying in our condo and sharing the feedback. Unfortunately, the Complex Manager sent the plumbing schedule to the wrong email address, so we didn't know about the repairs beforehand otherwise we surely would've let you know. Due to the urgency of the repair, they also only sent the notification a week in advance (which isn't typical to have that short of notice, but only because it was an urgent repair). In regards to the refund, we proactively offered the credit due to the inconvenience, but never heard back from you which is why we haven't processed the refund yet. The credit was 10% off your nightly rate, and we'll go ahead and process the refund now. Being in a condo complex, we unfortunately don't have control over work that's being done on the building or surrounding units, and we try to communicate as early as possible once we know of anything scheduled. We hope you enjoyed your time overall, and can see our efforts in addressing your concerns during your stay.

Book it!

Incredible views of the ocean & other Hawaiian islands! We saw numerous sea turtles & rainbows from our lanai! Probably would have witnessed a beautiful sunset too if we were back in time for one, so much to see & do. Complex was clean and the staff were friendly. Condo was spacious and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. So thankful for the cooler & beach chairs that were in the condo. Only minutes away from great restaurants and beaches. Great communication & recommendations from Stephanie, the owner. So thankful to have found this gem!

If you want to be on the water, this is the place for you!

We enjoyed showing our friends Maui for their first time as we visit at least once a year. We let them pick our place. They wanted to be on the water, that we were! Just too bad both masters didn’t have Ocean views with sliding doors. The only downside to being in Kahana area is driving to the Wailea end almost every day for our golf or activities. We were lucky to see so many straggling Whales from the Lanai! If we ever want to be on the water again, we would definitely rent this unit again!

Stunning views

My husband and our 2 friends had a wonderful stay. We spent many of our days in the Kahana and Ka'anapali area, which was very close to this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the outdoor table and chairs only offered seating for 2 people. We were able to bring out two other chairs, but they were not bar height so you couldn't see over the railing. This was a minor inconvenience. The views were stunning. Every morning and evening we enjoyed our time looking for whales, turtles and dolphins.

Stunning Views From The Best Ocean Front Condo!

Stephanie and Steven are such great hosts and their place is amazing! Even though we booked very last minute, they were responsive and helped address all of our last minute questions. They were attentive throughout, making sure we didn’t need anything. We were impressed with the pictures but honestly it was even better than we expected when we got there. In the mornings you’ll wake up to the sound of the waves and watch the sunrise through the bedroom window. You’ll also be able to watch the whales and see turtles swim up to shore once the sun is up, all from the lanais. This place is truly magical, relaxing and worth every penny. I will definitely be staying here with my family again in the near future!

Home away from home with exceptional ocean views!

This condo is fantastic! When you first walk in, you see the floor to ceiling windows and the sweeping ocean front views. The condo has recently been renovated and the owners, Stephanie and Steven, thought of everything. A home away from home, with very comfortable beds, a kitchen filled with new appliances and a decor that fits the islands. Although the units at Valley Isle do not have A/C, that was not a problem, there was always a nice breeze that comes through. We left the doors on the lanai's open to hear the sounds of the waves and the windows in the 2nd bedroom to have the wonderful island breeze sweep through the unit. We also enjoyed the sunsets, seeing turtles below and many humpback whales right from the lanai. Stephanie and Steven are EXCELLENT host! They messaged us a few times through our stay to insure everything was still meeting our needs. Would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to our next stay here. Thank you again for our amazing stay at your beautiful condo.

Beautiful view with crashing ocean waves

The condo was clean and nicely decorated for tourists. Stocked with everything most customers would need for their stay. If you love to be there on the edge of the ocean, listening to crashing waves, this is your place. You can hear it from every room. If your sensitive to noise, then bring ear plugs. Personally, we all loved it and slept well. My 13 year old daughter used the sofa bed and was fine. The mattress is about 5 inches and curves at the top just a bit. So I recommend it for kids. The view was right there by the ocean, I dont think you can be any closer. To the right area of the land shows a nice small quiet pool from another hotel. If you go to the left area of the condo, there is a nice little beach within a few minutes walk. I think it was Kahana beach. This seemed close to everywhere we wanted to eat & see. Right across the street is Dollies pub and Miso Phat sushi. Try the TNT roll. McDonald's and Maui brewery is also within walking distance. Valley Isle is clean and has a very nice lobby and garden. Pool was also clean. Occasionally a few ants would come from the front door, under cabinet in if we cut some fruit. But we cleaned up and they would disappear. Also if you leave bright lights on, bugs will want to come in. I recommend using the lamps instead. It was so perfect, we hope to come back to this condo again!

We both grew up enjoying all of the sites, flavors and culture of Hawaii with our families, and now that we have a family of our own, we wanted to share our love of the Aloha spirit with our kids. We can’t wait to watch them fall in love with the island as much we have.

We love spending time on the West side of Maui, and love Valley Isle Resort for its privacy and lush landscaping. You truly feel as though you're on vacation, but with the home-away-from-home experience.

We fell in love with the unit itself for the floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living and bedroom and having 2 private lanais. Nothing feels more serene than waking up to sounds of the ocean at your feet.
