The Space:
This early 1900s home is a complete remodel with its original charm but a fresh, coastal revamp. The main home has 2 King bedrooms and full bathrooms. Outside, guests will find a spa-like pool with a waterfall, lounge chairs, and a table with seats and ample umbrellas. The guest house is adjacent to the pool with a cozy King bed and full en suite bath. Enjoy soaking in the sun in the pool or stroll 3 minutes down the street to the sandy beachfront!

● Primary Suite: 1 King bed off the entertainment area with a TV, full en suite bathroom, and ample natural lighting
● Secondary Suite: 1 King bedroom off the back hallway with a TV, designated workspace, and a full bathroom located across the hall

● Private Guest Suite: 1 King bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, , designated workspace, and complete laundry room

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet area off of Seawall Blvd just west of Menard Park and the Galveston island Historic Pleasure Pier. It is a prime location for all the main Galveston activities with walking distance beach access.

The home is about an hour away from the center of Houston and 1 hr 15 min to the Houston Airport.

WHERE TO EAT & DRINK:
● The Spot (0.1 mi) -- Great local spot to sit beachside and eat seafood, burgers, tacos, or a sweet treat!
● Bambú (1.3 mi) -- This place is said to be a local’s best kept secret with some of the island’s absolute best Mexican food. The “surprise” burritos, carne asada, and barbacoa tortas are all must-tastes.
● Black Pearl Oyster Bar (1.9 mi) -- If you want to try the freshest Gulf oysters in Galveston, they are bountiful at Black Pearl. If you are an oyster newbie, check out the 12-oyster sampler with three flavors.
● Trattoria La Vigna (2.2 mi) -- This eatery is a standout when it comes to Italian cuisine in Galveston.

● Visit Moody Gardens & Aquarium Pyramid -- A massive complex with activities for the whole family featuring three glass pyramids: Discovery Pyramid, Rainforest Pyramid, and Aquarium Pyramid
