This home is right across the street from the community pool and close to all the restaurants, shopping, and activities of Sandestin, so you'll never run out of things to do while you're here. Inside, the home features beautiful floors and lots of space, perfect for spreading out during a long vacation. You'll love watching a good show on the large flatscreen cable TV from the comfort of one of the spacious sofas. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready to help you get creative with your next meal with expansive granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy an al-fresco meal outside on the screened-in porch then head out to take the tram or a short walk to the white sand beaches for an afternoon of fun and sun.

THINGS TO KNOW

A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.

AMAZING WEEKEND OVERALL

The property was extremely nice and welcoming. The first night there, we saw a deer in our backyard which was totally awesome. The house had way more space than expected which was another plus. Highly recommended.

It was beyond beautiful!!

We loved the home,pool located right across the street . Beach less than 5 minutes away . The rooms were spacious and bathroom. We had a great tome here at 5432 Tivoli !! Only problem the drainage in the bathrooms were going slow! Other than that we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and stay again

The property was great. We loved all the space and the enclosed patios. The pool was great too, we got a bit lucky with the pools, they weren't often used. Oh well. More room for us. The facilities are a bit cumbersome with out a map of where everything other than the pool was located. We were across the street from that. Otherwise. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Fantastic family vacation accommodations!

We took 4 of our grandkids ages 6-12 with us on this trip. When we arrived at the townhome after a12 hour day in the car, the smiles and laughter of our grandkids when they saw the bunk bed room and the pool right across the street was worth the drive. They each ran to us hugging us and thanking us for bringing them....the week was perfect, the townhome was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We even got to meet the owners as they were delivering a new gas grill for the patio for us to use. We were the first to use it.

The Best trip I have every had.

This was one of the first time I have ever used this site to book a room. First time that I have ever paid in full before I showed up. So of course I had questions and concerns. I will say it was one of the best trips and places that I have ever been to. The checking in and checking out was awesome and easy. The property I really don't know how to explain it other than a dream style home. I do wish that we would have known sooner that we had access to the beach there until the last evening we was there. I will say this for assurance, when we come back to Sand Destin this will be the first place I check and I hope it is available. Great place to stay and had some great memories.

Loved this property!

This property was a perfect getaway for my family. The kids LOVED the bunkbeds and spent most of their time in there. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated a movie night of 10 people in the living room. Having the washer and dryer was great as well. Loved that the pool is just across the little street and the beach is within walking distance. The only problem I had with this place was adjusting the water temperature in the downstairs master bedroom shower. I was thinking that maybe its messed up or could be a user error. So I would recommend looking into that just in case it is messed up. Overall I highly recommend this place and have already recommended it to others. I also have it saved for future trips. Great property and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Fabulous Home

This was one of my favorite stays through VBRO. The home was in my favorite part of Sandestin, the beach side, and a short walk to the beach. The lovely pool across the street was like having your own private pool with a bathroom. The decor was beautiful and the layout was perfect for families, friends, and/or couples. My friend and I took 5 teenage girls and there are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. The bedrooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms. The girls loved the bunk room which has a double bed on the bottom and single on top. The master has a beautiful covered patio as does downstairs off the den and 3rd bedroom. The downstairs bedroom would be perfect for an elderly guest or couple. I have stayed at 4 Tivoli properties and this was my favorite by far. The only things missing were a few items needed for cooking such as a 13x9 baking dish, oven mitts and large mixing bowls. It would be nice to have a golf cart which I didn’t realize until seeing other homes that did provide that for taking items to the beach or going to Baytown where parking was difficult. Other than that it is perfect residence and I look forward to staying here again with my family of 7.

Needs A Deep Cleaning

We had high hopes for this place based on the online pictures, but were quickly disappointed upon arrival. It needs a thorough Deep cleaning to say the least! When we checked in we noticed black marks all over the bedding. It looked like someone walked all over the comforter before putting it back on the bed. We pulled back all of the comforters on all the beds and noticed black specks and hair all over the sheets on all of the beds. We threw our comforter in the wash and made a call for clean sheets. They delivered new sheets while we were at dinner, so when we got back we had to change the sheets on all 7 beds ourselves. It also looked and felt like the floors weren't even swept and they definitely haven't been mopped in a while. I wish we would have taken a picture of what we swept up. Gross!!! Our feet were black within 15 mins of being there. We all wore flip flops the rest of the time in the house. Even though this unit is not supposed to allow pets, there was dog hair all over the furniture and all of the dishes in the pantry. We had to wash everything before we used it (by hand since the dishwasher was broke our whole stay.) The other downfalls were the washer doesn't clean very well and the gas grill was out of propane before we could even use it. The only thing we liked about this place is it was roomy for our group of 8. I wish we had more positive things to say but we just don't. We wouldn't stay here again.
