The Magnolia Beach House is a 100 year old home that has all the charm of the south with a relaxed beach feel. The house has many comforts from taking a bath in the original claw foot tub to enjoying the evening breeze on one of the two porch swings.

There are tons of fun things to do in the neighborhood:
* Island View Casino is just across the street.
* The beach is just 2 blocks away.
* Marina has excursions to Ship Island and Fort Massachusetts, 1 mile away.
* Nearby are several splash pads for kids provided and maintained by the city for FREE fun.
* 3/4 mile away from historic downtown with loads of residents, night life, brewery. Transportation is needed.
* Jones Park has many events throughout the year for live entertainment.
* Mississippi Aquarium is 1 mile away.

This house was beautifully decorated, clean and felt so warm and welcoming. It was in a perfect location for us to go to our concert and dinner/lunch. The beds were comfortable and we loved the little sound machine in one of the rooms. It will definitely be saved for future visits to the area.

It was as a good central location so you could do all 3 of the closest towns along the beach! We went to BSL and OS! We walked the neighborhood a couple of mornings for exercise! Bought fresh shrimp and cooked shrimp scampi out last night! Kitchen had everything we needed! Nice backyard! Front porch was shady almost all day ! Thanks for the stay and opening your house for vacations

Great Summertime Finale

My wife, myself and our 3 grandkids had a great stay at your Magnolia Beach House. The location was just minutes from the beach and nice restaurants. The house was very clean, spacious, very well kept, and had great ambiance reminding me of my grandmothers old house. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there. We hope to make it back there again soon.

Great stay away from the crowds!

There was a lot going on in Biloxi and Gulfport this weekend but this house was the perfect place away from all that. My family and I loved the house and the ease of access to all the things we wanted to do while being able to escape the chaos!

Had a great weekend walking distance from the beach

In walking distance to the beach, casino, and many restaurants. Even being close to the casino the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Memory foam mattresses were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Old Gulfport charm

We visited from Florida, two older couples in town for a zydeco show at Ground Zero Blues Club in Biloxi. When we book this home, we loved the photos and reviews of other guests. Two large king bedrooms was our priority, but a bonus of being so close to Island View Casino. Their comps for first time visitors included $20 of free play and $20 worth of free food. The home is comfortable and clean. Our host was friendly and every amenity provided. The beds and linens were fresh and the towels white and fluffy. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. A wonderful neighborhood and we highly recommend this home if you are making decisions on where to stay. We met our host’s mom, and really fine people. Personal, helpful, and polite. Wonderful experience and as owners with rental properties of our own, this is the experience you want to have when traveling. Information was clear and straightforward. We made an effort to follow all the house rules and were mindful to leave things clean. Thank you.

Spacious Home

Big, spacious rooms were perfect for our large group. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Loved the porch swings! Easy to get to. Good communication with host. Would stay here again 🙂
