The Dragonfly Cottage is not your typical beach rental. Designed for the discriminating guest, our modern coastal sanctuary strikes the perfect balance of old-world French charm and high-end luxury. Located in the award-winning Village of Tannin, this home is a rare combination of total privacy and a central, walkable location.

A Note on Our Atmosphere:
To maintain the serene environment our guests love, Dragonfly Cottage is a dedicated retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. We kindly enforce a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful experience for all neighbors and guests.

The Experience:
- Panoramic Views: Watch the sunrise over the gulf from the upper veranda’s swinging bed while sipping a fresh latte.

- Coastal Elegance: Walk barefoot on cool tile floors, surrounded by soft board-and-batten walls and high-end Provencal-inspired decor.

- Gourmet Kitchen: Features imperial granite counters, a hooded double oven, an espresso machine, and a French-door refrigerator.

The Layout:

- Primary Suite features an iron King bed with luxury Swiss-style linens and an en-suite bathroom with a rainwater shower and built-in bench.

- Guest Suite has a dreamy Queen bed with luxury linens and a private en-suite with a rainwater shower.

- Bonus Bunks - Custom built-in hall bunks with memory foam toppers. Cozy and comfortable.

Excellent property!!! Loved our stay! Extremely clean, well stocked with all you could possibly need! Walk to the beach was just fine, was grateful for the stop light which made for easy crossing. Never Disappoints

This is our second year and the Dragonfly was once again a pleasure to call our temporary vacation home. Our boys loved their “Beach House” and were sad to leave. Looking forward to next summer.

Great Family Trip!

Our family of 5 had the best time here! We have 3 kids 10 and under and it was a great set up for everyone. The cottage was the best stocked rental property I have ever stayed in. It felt very thoughtfully designed and set up. The location was super close to the pool but I would recommend a golf cart to get to the beach. It’s pretty far if you’re needing to carry things. Overall this was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!

Our family rented this property many times and it became our favorite place. We had asked the previous owner to let us know if she ever decided to sell, and are so thankful that she called.

The Dragonfly is close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. It's truly an amazing home!
