We had a magical experience for our family's first visit to Brianhead, Utah. All three of our kids are under the age of 11 and we wanted to give them a white Christmas. This condo absolutely delivered! The location was primo for our kids to play outside in the snow, even sled down with the few snow toys provided, all whilst we adults could see from the living room. The living room couch was super comfortable. The recliners ended up serving as beds for some of our humans! The kitchen was well equipped and the host was very responsive and kind. It was a great value, therefore I prepared myself for some limitations. Some kitchen appliances/silverware were not clean and the master bed was not as comfortable as the other room (may just be our preference for more firmness). The amenities such as the fitness room, spa/hot tub, and clubhouse had limited hours (9am - 10pm). With little entertainment in the area, I would've loved to have access much earlier and later if possible. Overall, we had a wonderful white Christmas. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Cozy Family Condo

This property is perfect for skiing/boarding Brian Head. We have stayed at several of the properties in this complex, and this is our new favorite. I would say the three things that stand out are the ski up to porch and being on the corner first floor the nice big family space with the world's most comfortable couch, and the kitchen had all the right big pots and pans for our family dinners and baking. The property was stocked with firewood, plenty of towels and blankets, and even sleds. When we come back to Brian Head this will be our first choice of places to stay.

Family Ski Trip

Small hiccup on arrival - no fault of owner - He went above and beyond to accommodate and was SUPER responsive! Room was sparkling clean! So convenient and close to covered parking. This place is really ski in/ski out and you have a great view of the tubing park. Brian Head is a hidden gem, especially for families!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Best location!!

Everything was great here. The perfect location for ski in/ski out. Beds in guest room a little hard and master bed needs bigger pillows.

Clean with great amenities

We had a great stay here for four days. Great location on the bottom floor corner. The condo is stocked with everything you could ever need. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Best ski-in ski-out location you can imagine

The location is impossible to beat. If you are looking for a convenient ski-in ski-out condo, don't look any further. Book it; you won't be disappointed.There were some minor issues inside that I wish the owner and/or management could address. The two bathrooms were unpleasantly cold, and we couldn't figure out how to heat them up. I think the master bedroom could benefit from a larger bed and another nightstand by the bed. The oven needs a very thorough cleaning. We wanted to use it one evening, but it started smoking uncontrollably, most likely burning spilled oil or something similar.However, aside from these minor issues, we had a very pleasant five nights at this condo. We particularly enjoyed the evenings by the fire in the living room. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location!

This is the perfect spot for ski and ski out well equipped and clean. This is my second time staying here and I will definitely be back. David made to check in process easy and was available for any questions.

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is inviting and cozy. It is right next to the entrance so you can ski in and ski out right to the lift. We had a wonderful time.

Very nice property in a great location.

The property was well kept and the owner was very responsive. We were a family of 8 and it suited our needs just fine. We had an issue with the water heater, but it seemed to resolve itself. The location is very close to the Giant Steps lift. If you are a beginer, you can also walk to the Wildflower lift. Overall it was a great time.

Great location and clean!

Loved our stay, we had a great time! Place was clean and the provided firewood was a huge bonus! Location was perfect because I could watch my boys play in the snow right out the window! Bring lots of food since there are limited choices in town. Jacuzzi in our building was closed for maintenance unfortunately and we didn’t want to walk to building 1 to use the one there. I would love to stay here again!

Great location

Had fresh snow right outside for the kiddos to play in, parking and laundry easily accessible. The fireplace was a great amenity and kitchen was well stocked for big meals.
