Evergreen B5 is a ski-in/ski-out condo at Evergreen Condominiums (near Chair #8: Alpen Glow). This unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft. The lower level has a full size kitchen, bathroom, and the master bedroom with a King bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. The upper level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a second bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. Evergreen Condominiums has a very nice recreation room with tabletop games and more. Evergreen B5’s rear deck looks directly onto the base of Chair #8.

Evergreen Condos were incredibly welcoming to my family and I. Our kids had an absolute blast with the true ski-in/ski-out access, just about a one-minute walk to Chair 8, which made everything so convenient. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five with plenty of room to relax after a full day on the mountain.We’re already looking forward to coming back to Brian Head! Also, a big thank you to Georg’s Ski Shop for taking great care of all our ski and snowboard equipment needs. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Great location for ski

Very comfortable condo with best location for ski in/ski out. Few feet from Alpine glow lifts for Giant Steps and a short flat traverse to Wildflower lifts for Navajo.

Christmas in Brian Head

The condo was a great place to spend Christmas. It was clean and had a great location. The owner was available to answer questions and provide more bedding. There is no pull out bed/sleeper sofa.

Great ski in ski out location if the lifts are open

We stayed here with our 4 teenagers. My wife and I in the downstairs master, girls took the upstairs queen bedroom, one boy in the loft futon, and the other on the couch downstairs. Unfortunately, it was too early in the season and the lifts adjacent to the condo weren’t open, but it was still a great location.

Amazing location

This was a great location of a condo. It was clean. My only complaint was the lack of amenities. Most VRBO’s have at least one streaming service, some games, things to make it a fun place to be. There was none of that here. Also most VrBO’s have left over sugar, salt, pepper, evoo. Just some items to make it easier for guests. This place did not. Otherwise it was great!

Great Property for a family

We (my wife and two children) recently stayed at the condo in Brian Head near Chair 8, and it was a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the chairlift at Chair 8 and close to all of the other ski runs. The view of the mountains from the condo was breathtaking and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking it all in. The management team was also very helpful and responsive. Any issues we had were quickly resolved, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to ski or snowboard at Brian Head. It was a fantastic value and we will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a great stay at this location. Host was very responsive and drove over to help us within a few minutes. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked and the bedrooms suited our family just right. We will definitely come back!

Location is why I'll be back.

Very pleased with our stay for our first time to Brian Head. Location cannot be beat. Georg's ski shop also well stocked and the staff is supremely helpful and nice. Id consider the living quarters cozy, not spacious. Layout is odd but functional. Kitchen and bathrooms super clean. It is a 2nd floor unit with no garage access. Open parking in front of building not a problem. You are directly adjacent to the base of Chair 8. A very short flat walk gets you to base of Chair 1. This is a true ski in and ski out. Hot water on demand which is not always the case. Couple heaters didn't fire on, but once you fire all the others ones the unit gets warm enough. I'll be checking this property's availability first next time I come.

Great get a way!

Loved the location of our condo. You can ski right from it. Even better was the family owned business that we rented from. So nice and accommodating! Can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect Location

The best part of this cabin is the location. It is the closest cabin to chair 8. Overall, this cabin is great! Very spacious and has comfy beds. Parking was not a problem either because there are spots right in front of the cabin. The only minor thing we disliked was that the pots and pans are not very large. Other than that, everything was great! If you’re looking for the best ski in ski out cabin, this is the one.

Great Ski in/out Location!

Great spot! The lift is right outside the front door, along with a great sledding bowl for the kids. Our whole party, including six adults, two infants and a two year old, were comfortable staying here. They have everything you need except salt/pepper and additional dish towels. Other than those minor details, the place was perfect and we’d definitely stay there again!

Great condo!

We had a fantastic stay! Owners were super helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Condo is right on chair 8 of giant steps or you can walk across the street to chair 1. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
