Great location great space

Wonderful location and lots of amenities. Room was comfy and clean. Property management was clear and friendly with directions.

Great experience!

Great place to stay. Met all expectations. Clean, family friendly environment. We loved having the choice of being able to spend all day on the beach or having a lazy day at the pool. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for such a great, relaxing experience.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay was great. This rental was easy to book. Rental property was clean and met all of our needs. Love all the pool areas and beach access . Location little further out away from restaurants and shops , for my preference, but if you like staying at resort more than going out then this is perfect and very private setting . Still overall rental was wonderful.

Spring Break Family Trip

We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice, but I had not realized how far away it was from Gulf Shores area itself. However, this was not the owner's fault. The place itself was clean and had mostly everything we needed. I did think there was a washer/dryer in the condo, but was not, nor is it advertised as such, again a me issue. There is one on-site though. All in all, we enjoyed our time here, but I wished it were closer to more things.

Our condo is located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, which is a family friendly area that is not in the heart of town. Condo too small is not updated enough

The pictures of the condo showed a pool outside the balcony, but it was on the opposite side of the condo. had to pay to park there if you pay for the condo no icemaker the tub is it updating. And the place is way too small.

We appreciate you staying with us! There are 6 outdoor pools at the resort and an indoor pool. There are actually pools on both sides of this condo. The condo is approximately 900 sq feet and there is a registration certificate/parking fee. The size of the condo and the exact cost of the parking are both show on the website where you booked. For your 7 night stay the cost for parking was $45 for your entire stay.

Beautiful Property

This condo was everything we wanted. Close to the beach (5 min walk). Away from the craziness of the main drag in Gulf Shores/ orange beach. But close enough to still go into town for dinner etc. The condo was clean up to date and decorated so cute made you feel like you were in paradise. The property host was available for all my questions and replied promptly. Tip to future guest is you can leave your canopy/ umbrella and chairs @ the beach over night to reserve your spot for next day no one bothers your things. You can’t do this elsewhere. The pool hot tub area is beautiful they really do work hard to keep the landscaping nice. ( watch for snakes we did almost step on a cottonmouth along the trail while at the pool hot tub at night behind the condo ( yes i am a country girl and it was definitely a cottonmouth ). Overall I would definitely stay here again !!!!

Totally Deceitful Listing

The pics for this listing depict pictures that make the “condo” look three times larger than it really is! The “condo” is in a huge complex. Not a big deal. HOWEVER, the walls are paper thin. You could hear people tromping all night long above us. Additionally, the accommodations were not that accommodating. The bed is very old and squeaks every time you move, the same goes for the metal bunk beds. Also, dishwasher should be ran when you are leaving because it is exceptionally loud. (Not really a big deal either but worth mentioning) This specific condo is towards the end of the building and we could swear it was a loading dock as there were regular trucks all day unloading and loading or taking garbage away. Some bonuses: Beach is beautiful and only a 10 minute walk away. On-site bar and grill(food is okayish). Grounds were relatively clean. Call us silly but for $1000+ a week you can definitely find better. If you are a bunch of young adults tiktocking this is for YOU! If you are a family with kids of all ages- not so much.

Jonathan, we are sorry your stay was not as enjoyable as you wished it to be but we are pleased you enjoyed the beautiful beach and other amenities. The size of the unit is shown on the website and is approximately 950 square feet. During your stay we heard nothing from you about any of the issues you mentioned in this review, only that you had sickness in your family and the request that we help you with that through a partial refund, which we did. Although none of us could have controlled the sickness, perhaps that impacted your view of things. There is 24/7 security onsite to address unnecessary noise and we will certainly check the beds as we want everyone to be comfortable. This is a private resort with a private beach that is family friendly, and the resort does not have trucks coming and going. There is a garbage truck which picks up garbage for a few minutes twice a week. Thank you for staying with us and we are also pleased you enjoyed Sassy Bass Island Grill at the resort. They do have wonderful food and a great view!
