Pets are welcome at a $75 fee per pet, per stay. Dogs over 50lb or breeds considered dangerous as per state laws are not allowed. The front of the building complex has synthetic grass and doggie bags.

The unit is located on a second floor by stairs. There is no elevator in the building.
