Aaron was great to work with. The place was clean and comfortable. We loved the private pool. Close to things but just far enough away to not hear all the noise from the strip.

Aaron is a wonderful host which is a reflection of also the home itself. A great place to stay with full amenities. Additionally, conveniently located to the strip while still being in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again, it was wonderful for accommodating me and several friends visiting. Five stars for the host and for the property.

The house was in a great location and was very comfortable. The shower in the spare bathroom was leaking but other than that everything was perfect.

Aaron was very accommodating & helpful. The home is located in an older neighborhood, but it has been renovated and clean. There are many amenities that are not noted in the listing (games, pool toys, pool towels, savory spices and more)Like new washer & dryer, dishwasher works well, home set at a comfortable temperature.Ceiling fans in nearly every room.Sam’s club, Walmart & other shops within a couple miles for ease in picking up supplies.We had a great time relaxing, playing games & drinking wine!Not far from the strip & close to LAS airport.Thanks, Aaron for allowing us to enjoy your family home!

This house was perfect size for my big family. It had enough beds. We enjoyed the pool even though it was a little cool and windy the weekend we were there. Great neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Just minutes from the strip. Offered a small pool table that was perfect for the kids. The only very minor issues we had were that there was not a tv in the common area only in 2 of the bedrooms, there were no hand towels and there was no oil for the popcorn maker. Two of those issues I’m sure could have been resolved quickly the host was very responsive we just prefer not to need the host. Would def stay again. Very cozy kitchen for family dining.
