This newly remodelled home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and location, making it an ideal choice for your next beach vacation.

Great private walled patio with comfy couches, outdoor dining with BBQ grill.

We supply beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels.

Comfy new beds and designer furniture throughout, our spacious home is perfect for your stay in Pacific Beach.



The Neighborhood:

Pacific Beach has some of the best surf breaks in Southern California. We are two very short blocks to one of the best surf breaks in town.

Pacific Beach is a typical laid back beach town, with an abundance of restaurants , bars and cafes all within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Landscaping comes every other Monday.



The home is approximately 2,350 sq ft.

We had a great time staying at this property in SD. The location was great as it allowed us to walk to most places in Pacific Beach. The layout was great and we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. John who was our contact for the property and he was very responsive and quick to respond.

This was a fantastic place for our family to stay. Its proximity to the attractions we wanted to see was great. Close to the zoo, aquarium, old town San Diego was great and the wild animal park was not too bad. Close to so many wonder places to eat and easy beach access.The rooms were all a great size with plenty of room to move around. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items.The home was clean and easy to access.Parking was a little tight for our Tahoe but it worked.Bathroom showers were a little odd to use. It were functional Communication was so good. Questions were responded to promptly and with care.We loved our stay here and would stay here again!

Great location and plenty of space!

This house was great! It is well appointed with everything you would need for a beach vaca! 4 of us traveled (2 adults and 6&9 year old kids). This house says it sleeps 10 and it was awesome for 4 with two kids who need their own rooms. - The 10 it sleeps would be 2 in the master bedroom (plus 1 on couch), 2 in the second bedroom and 4 in the 3rd bedroom. Plus 2 on the futon that also functions as the main living room couch.- The family room/kitchen space is pretty big with 4 stools to sit at the counter. If needed for a group more than 4, you have an outside table for an additional 6 people in a private outdoor space (which also included a couch/chair for relaxing). Plus a grill to cook and plenty of utensils- Each TV was smart and you could watch any channel/app if you login- There are 2 full bathrooms in the house with plenty of linens and extra blankets and pillows for everyone to sleep comfortably. - The house also provided some beach supplies - there were 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, a surfboard, 2 boogie boards, 1 skim board and a bucket/shovel for kids. Only minor complaints: 1. Beach chairs were the kind you can throw on your back like a backpack, but the straps were broken so we ended up driving the 2 blocks to/from the beach2. It was BRIGHT every morning in every room (minimal window coverings). Bring sleep masks!3. The 3rd bedroom door was glass so the light came in and there was no privacy. Solved by throwing a sheet/blanket over the door at night.
