FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL. Great location on a private quiet lane. All five bathrooms are completely
renovated, basement bathroom is now a full
bath instead of ½ bath. New outdoor gazebo
16x12 with outdoor Pollywood seating are Families only welcome. Second house in from ocean, hot tub available on roof top. Game room on lower level, screened in porch on upper level. 2nd refrigerator downstairs. Beach chairs and umbrella offered not guaranteed. No weddings, parties unless approved by owner. Some new furnishings, freshly painted. Lower level next to game room has 2 bunks. NO MORE THAN 6 CARS AT ANY TIME PLEASE. must sign hot tub and playset addendums with lease , in owner documents,
TENANTS MUST RECYCLE, NO PETS OR SMOKING IN HOUSE OR LOSS OF SECURITY. Tenants responsible to fill propane and leave home in ready condition for sanitizing crew.. Owner offers a reduced security deposit of $750 with the purchase of the damage insurance. Hot tub addendum must be signed with lease. 10 beach badges, 6 chairs
