While the home is within walking distance to the beach, multiple public parking lots offer beach access up and down the coast, making it easy to load up all your gear in the car and hit the sand in minutes.

The expansive pool deck is surrounded by canopy coverage, offering some relief from the sun. The furnished patio includes a table for alfresco dining.

The updated interior comes beautifully appointed for modern family comfort. A stylish coastal theme complements the home's beachside locale. A large leather sectional, comfortable armchairs, and a smart TV you can use with your own accounts welcome group gatherings in the main living area. Bean bag chairs and a second smart TV offer a breakaway entertainment space for younger guests. A dual-sided fireplace provides a toasty ambience for both living spaces. Gleaming counters and a sleek suite of stainless steel appliances will inspire culinary creations in the full kitchen. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
