217ウエストボードウォーク、アトランティックビーチ、ノースカロライナ州 *レンタルは日曜日から日曜日*（オフシーズンの例外を除く）改装されたばかりのビーチフロントのコテージ「マーメイド」は、バケーションレンタルでユニークな海岸体験を提供します。 この海辺の家は海岸沿いにあり、フロントポーチとアッパーデッキからビーチ、砂丘、大西洋の息をのむような景色を眺めることができます。 ショッピングと食事の体験から数分以内に、「マーメイド」はアトランティックビーチサークルから1ブロック離れた場所にあります。 島の東西地理により、両方のデッキの利便性から日の出と日没の両方を観察するユニークな機能が利用できます。

「マーメイド」は3階建ての家で、十分なスペースがあります。 下と上のレベルの海の景色は壮観です。 下位レベルにはホットタブと真新しいグリルがあります。 地上階には、テレビとフーズボールテーブルのあるゲームルームがあります。 さらに、ブギーボード、スキムボード、サーフボード、洗濯機と乾燥室の保管もこのレベルです。 家のメインレベルにはキッチン、ダイニングルーム、リビングルーム、3つのベッドルームがあります。1つはキングベッド、もう2つはクイーンサイズのベッドがあります。 上の階には2つのベッドルームがあり、最初のベッドルームにはキングサイズのクイーンスリーパーソファとコーヒーステーションのある新しいウェットバーがあります。 キッズルームには、ツインが3つとクイーンが1つあります。 リビングルーム、キングベッドを備えた2階のベッドルーム、および上の階のベッドルームからは、海の壮大な景色を眺めることができます。 3つのベッドルームとリビングルーム、低レベルのプレイルームにケーブル付きテレビが5台あります。

Great Place

Great location and plenty of space for our group of seven. Pool, hot tub, gas grill and really nice deck/back yard were very convenient. Beach just steps away. No definite plans at this time but definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Great home, location and host

We loved the location of this house. Very convenient to a ton of shops and restaurants, not to mention the beach. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The deck off the master suite was also heaven especially in the mornings. The kids loved having a hang out room seperate from the rest of the house. We had one small issue and Stefan was extremely responsive and helpful in getting it resolved. Definitely would recommend.

Great location & amenities!

Beautiful home that is only steps away from the water, whether you are a pool or ocean person. The space in the house is utilized well to accommodate both small and large parties. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again

Best Leisure vacation ever.

"We had an amazing vacation with family and friends at this beachfront property in Atlantic Beach, NC. Our group of 8 adults and 8 kids (aged 4-12) had a wonderful time. The property is perfectly located right on the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views. The hot tub was a highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Host Stefan was exceptional, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. He even arranged for someone to check on comforters on Christmas Eve and followed up to ensure everything was in order. We can’t wait to return in the summer!"

Great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Watching dolphins from the balcony, hanging out in the hot tub, playing in the pool, just a short walk to relax on the beach… it was the perfect getaway for our family. Stefan was great to work with too!

A fantastic beach house

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We had a great time at the Mermaid. Right on the beach with its own private pool. Only minutes to restaurants and seconds from the beach. Beautiful upper and lower covered decks with very comfortable outdoor furniture. Morning coffee on the upper deck started every morning on beach time. Stefan was great to work with and very responsive. It was an amazing stay.

Fantastic location and wonderful property

The location of this property is ideal. It is a beachfront property, close to local eateries and restaurants and comfortably houses a large family. Beautiful views from the balcony and the pool and hot tub are a plus. Stefan was accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Great host!

Perfect!

This was the perfect house for our family and our friends family! We had 4 adults and 9 children all under the age of 9. It was clean, had everything we needed to make meals, and it had plenty of room for both sets of parents to have their own rooms and the kids not to be squished. The kids loved the pool and arcade games. It was a very easy walk onto the beach and the outdoor shower made it easy to get all the sand off the kids and their suits. 10 out of 10!

Location location location!

This house is adorable with never ending ocean views, especially from the upstairs deck. We had dozens of dolphin sightings and great shelling. The movie room is new and fabulous! Our host was helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the vintage beach house charm! Lovely Master bedroom on second floor with kitchenette Ocean front view from upper deck is awesome. Excellent grill. Owner very personable and responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Sweet memories of grandchildren and beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend Mermaids.

My wife Diana and I renovated this ocean front home with a pool and hot tub. We both work in education and run a small business. Along with our sons Stefan and Ryan we vacationed at this home prior to our purchase. During our stay we fell in love with the home and agreed that there is no place we would rather be.

We had vacationed many times near the ocean but after vacationing in an ocean front home with a pool and hot tub in Atlantic Beach we new this was the only place we wanted to be. The home's exquisite and nostalgic cottage décor along with the convenience and beauty of being on the beach is an incredible vacation experience. From the porch you see dolphins as well as the sunrise and sunset . You can walk only a few minutes from the home to fantastic ocean front restaurants, ice cream and shopping. We love to visit the historic town Beaufort which is a very short drive from our home. My wife children and I love to fish. We are now only steps away from the beach and a few minute drive to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City charter fishing. There is so much to do in Atlantic Beach and that fact had some influence on us buying this property. The Major influence was the home itself. The incredible time we spent relaxing on the porch and enjoying all the beach had to offer was the main reason we bought this property.
