A warm, comfortable downtown loft with garage parking — ideal for work trips, longer stays, or a quiet city escape.

It’s a true city loft — open, airy, and easy to live in while still being right in the middle of everything. Located in a historic downtown building, the condo sits on a quiet residential floor, making it a calm, comfortable place to come back to after a day out. Secure garage parking and elevator access make coming and going simple. The condo has an open loft-style layout. The bedroom is upstairs and open to the space below, with a Murphy bed downstairs for added flexibility. This setup works well for couples, friends, or small groups who are comfortable with an open-concept space.

There are 1.5 bathrooms in the condo. The full bathroom with the shower is located upstairs in the loft, accessible by the spiral staircase, while the half bath is on the main level.

Also upstairs is access to the rooftop patio. Each condo owner has their own designated patio space, and the rooftop overall is a shared space for 8th-floor owners.

The unit includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating throughout. Everything is set up to be practical and easy to use, whether you’re cooking a meal, working for a bit, or relaxing after being out.

The building is mixed-use: event and venue spaces are located on the lower floors, while floors 5–8 are residential. This unit is on the 8th floor, which is generally quiet, though some activity below is possible at times.

Secure garage parking is included, and the building has elevator access.

This was our 2nd stay and it didn’t disappoint. Everything you need in apartment. Great kitchen amenities and everything you need in towels and bedding. Even in cold weather the rooftop area is a delight.

Ideal location to restaurants and sights of the city! This home is clean, tastefully decorated, plenty of towels, linens and coffee! Bonus was the rooftop deck with comfortable seating and access to the parking garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Downtown Louisville Spot

Such a nice place, and excellent location in downtown. The rooftop patio was excellent for some morning coffee and relaxation. We didn’t use the kitchen but it is very well stocked in terms of utensils and appliances. Absolutely loved our stay.

Spring break getaway

We really enjoyed our time. We had a little trouble getting in but only had to do with challenges with the hotel next door. Great location to get around and so easy to navigate the city, even when we drove. I would highly recommend this place!

Superb apartment in the perfect location

We spent four fantastic days within this apartment. It is ideally located downtown in Louisville and is walkable to most every major site. It also comes with very convenient parking that allows a person to have a car to be able to reach restaurants or sites that are a little bit further out. The apartment itself is gorgeous and comes with every amenity. I would highly recommend this to anybody spending time in Louisville

Great location near everything downtown. Spent each morning on the rooftop with coffee - amazing. The space was clean, building was easy to get to. Would stay here again!

Girls Trip To See Kid Rock

Trisha was a great host and very responsive. The property was within walking distance of the Yum Center. Easy parking, clean condo, comfy beds. If we come back for a stay in Downtown Louisville we will definitely stay again.

Great Short Louisville Visit

Good downtown area, location convenient for our plans. The loft was great and the uniqueness of the Henry Clay building added value. The property was clean and well maintained and as advertised. The only "issue" was don't plan to sleep late in the upstairs loft BR.... when the sun comes up with all those windows, you don't have a choice.

This was a wonderful place to stay while attending a conference in Louisville. The location was great with the free parking in the neighboring parking deck. The apartment with the upstairs bedroom and shared patio space was bueno. Kudos to the owners for stocking the coffee maker with little things like coffee, flavorings, sugar, etc. Also the bullet smoothie machine was a wonderful addition. I couldnt get the fan above the bed to work and the shower is likely tight for anyone above 6ft or 250lbs. I would stay there again, the owners were kind and responsive and this beats an expensive hotel anyday that ends in "y".

Beautiful, quiet penthouse. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of blankets & towels. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Washer/dryer was a great perk! Quick walk to convention center. Would recommend providing two keys/fobs - one could be kept in the apartment.
