Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bth home tucked away on a quiet dead end road. Minutes to the village, Kettle Ho restaurant, library, and Rope and Loop Beach. Catch a Cotuit Kettleers baseball game, or play a round of golf just down the road.
Private waterfront small boat launch is across the street along the path to Shoestring Bay. Idea spot for sunsets with your favorite beverage. Perfect for kayaks (2 provided). Bring your bikes and explore the quait back road of the village.
Just a short drive to Woods Hole, Osterville, the ferries to the islands. Also close to Mashpee Commons for shopping, entertainment and dining.
Barnstable Beach Pass provided -allowing access to over 15 beaches Including Sandy Neck.
