Our house comfortably sleeps 7 with 2 queen beds in the master and second room, a bunk bed with a trundle in the 3rd room, and a good sized couch in the living room. The home occupancy permits 7 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We live about 10 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

Cozy home with a great neighborhood

This vacation rental home was ideal for our family of five. It offered three spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area, ensuring everyone has ample space and comfort. The backyard was very nice with a shaded area perfect for kids to play ball. This home was perfect for family fun and relaxation. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s close to local attractions in Nampa, Caldwell, and Meridian. It was centrally convenient for day trips and dining out. The house is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with essentials, including Wi-Fi and entertainment options. The host is friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Family Visit

We visit family annually and usually stay in a hotel in the area. The hotels in the area are very expensive and we would require multiple rooms. Decided to try VRBO for the first time. This location was perfect for us and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. The house is true to its listing and the neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Great stay!

Perfect for our visit

The house was very comfortable and in a great location. It had all the essential and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive to any and all questions. We would definitely rent this home again.

Comfortable stay

House met our needs and had everything we needed. AC worked well as it was 100. Not a big deal but some info and suggestion. The 2nd bath toilet was not flushed when we arrived. Suggest sweeping the garage as it was full of leaves and felt we tracked bits into house. Looked for broom but didn't find one. And some chairs in back yard for sitting outside in evening would be nice. Everything else was very nice.

Graduation stay

Great place to stay to attend our grandson's graduation from the NWLC. Quiet neighborhood, peaceful back yard for enjoying outside, clean home. Well kept Easy access to get to where activities would be held. Hosts were fantastic!!!

Almost happy

This is not a bad place to stay, but there needs to be some attention to details. House is dirty it is not being cleaned well at all; the stove was so dirty my wife had to clean it before she would do any cooking at all. House, no water pressure not enough pressure to make the shower head operate. The bathtub in the hall bathroom drains very slowly. The shower and sink in the master bathroom also drain very slowly. The microwave does not work or doesn’t work well. The washing machine is very noisy. The hair dryer was so full of hair it started to overheat and had to be cleaned then worked well. No broom to clean up messes. No ironing board or iron No water to the refrigerator so the ice maker doesn’t work. The dining room table has a lip around the top it is caked with dirt hasn’t been cleaned for quite some time. I am very disappointed in the way the house rules are sent. In order to see the rules I need to fill out a form that gives you permission to sell our information. This is not acceptable. Some suggestions for a more pleasant stay. A hair dryer for the hall bath Some books and games All in all, this is not a bad place to stay good area, with a little work this could be a great place to stay
