This was a perfect place to stay near the airport with 5 adults. The space is compact but not cramped, and the decor is fresh and fun. Plus a short walk to some excellent BBQ.

Beautiful home, we loved the setup. It’s not too far from anything on the east coast either. Only suggestion is to be sure to pin your location, Uber had a hard time finding us at times.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only very small issue was that toliet paper was not stocked and we had to buy some. Other than that we thought very highly of the place.

Love it!!

We enjoyed the house. Everything was in wonderful condition. Accommodations awesome. Hot water, comfy beds, quite neighborhood, no stairs… Overall, we will go back. We just found a new stay at La Isla de Encanto. P.s. 3 mins from the airport, that is a PLUS!

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful at this property. We were very satisfied with everything. The house was nice and clean. We did not come across any issues. Any questions we had the property manager would always answer fast. I would definitely book again and will recommend to our family and friends.

SJU Airport

The property is good for a stay of a few nights. Is clean and comfortable. It is close to the airport, so you will be hearing flights flying over you at all times. If that bothers you, I won't recommend it, but if not, the property is great. The neighborhood the property is in seems scetchy, but it was calm, and we had no noise problems from anyone or any other complains. The property manager, Mr. Robinson, was responsive to my messages. Overall, this is a good property if you are in the San Juan area and need to be very close to the airport and about 10 minutes to El Condado..

Fraud host

We originally booked a 3bedroom two bath with the host. When we arrived it was a 2 bedroom 1 bath. We immediately called the host & he said problem came up & it wouldn’t be fixed in time of our stay. So i asked for a refund regarding the price difference. He said he would adjust the price. I still haven’t received anything and he ignored my calls & texts. Don not recommend.

Greetings Lashawn, first of all I urge you to tell the truth and not tell lies, before you arrived at the accommodation you were notified before your arrival and you were given a second accommodation as an option and you agreed to the change of ownership and photos were sent to you and you accepted, I repeat again you agreed to the change before you arrived at the accommodation, do not lie, you were also notified of the reasons why the change had to be made since we were in a state of emergency in Puerto Rico due to the ravages of the storm that had just hit us and the accommodation you had was not available, the correct thing was to cancel the reservation due to the state of emergency in which we found ourselves but even so we were able to receive you so that you would not have to start looking for a new accommodation in the middle of the emergency, almost all of Puerto Rico was without electricity and even so We were able to accommodate them, don't be ungrateful, if they didn't like the accommodation we offered them, they simply had to tell us they didn't want it and canceled their reservation and that was it. No one forced them to stay. They stayed because the accommodation could accommodate them without any problems. If not, they would have canceled, but they didn't.,,, you are not recommended guests since you do not speak the truth
